I started personal training 9 years ago and have been helping individuals to realize their true fitness goals and how to exceed them on a daily basis. During my career I have been recognized with multiple awards in personal training self-defense and martial arts. My goal is to design a personal training program that will help you get to any personal fitness goal that you ever had.

This fun workout provides cardio strengthing with an upper and lower body workout by using your core to engage and make contact with the bag. This can be extremely effective when it comes to burning calories and toning muscle fiber.

This can be extremely effective when it comes to burning calories and toning muscle fiber.
Firstly I have many stretches and body weight exercises that you can do daily, plus we can schedule a nutrition, meal prepping and accountability session once a week. This session is vital to ensure that your macro calories are being met, along with your daily caloric intake.

Now, let's talk about the main event, the first two online one-on-one personal training sessions that we can do via Zoom, FaceTime or Facebook Messenger, we'll work through a series of rehabilitation and dynamic stretching that will hugely strengthen the weaker areas of your body.We'll work to convert fat to lean muscle tissue whilst increasing your balance, core strength, posture and coordination.
A synopsis of my plan for you would be to design a personal training program combining martial arts, karate boxing and kickboxing lessons. The program is designed to have you become more balanced coordinated and much more fit as you progress.

I design the program with the option of a nutrition and meal planning guide to compliment your training sessions and even go as far as designing a six day a week training schedule adding a few things you can do throughout the week that will help you in your striking and self defense development.Let me know your thoughts and how it would be best to proceed in guiding you through your fitness and martial arts journey!

Josh is one of a kind. He has an energy and drive that is infectious. He keeps you motivated well beyond you’re training session. I’ve been training with him for several months now and he manages to keep every session fresh and more challenging than the last. I learn something new every time we meet and it’s not always about training or self defense, sometimes it’s life lessons that are relevant to our training but will also aid in improving quality of life. I know he’s a personal trainer but in these past few months Josh has become a dear friend and a brother to me. I can’t recommend

I'm a 58 y.o., very over weight lady who has been working out with Josh for approximately two and a half months. I also have Degenerative Arrhritis which limits my mobility. With Josh's Encouragement, His Workout Plan for my Specific Needs and His Years of Experience in the Martial Arts have Given me the Confidence and Ability to do things I haven't done in years. Josh is a great personal trainer. He can always provide an array of different exercises depending on what you want to focus on, where you want to improve, and how you’re feeling. He makes it fun and interesting to where you forget you’re working out. He focuses on not only physical, but also mental. Mindset is so important when tackling something new, or when pushing through when you feel like you don’t want to. It’s been a great investment!

Josh is the most personally invested trainer I’ve ever worked with. He takes time to get to know his clients issues/challenges and tailors a program uniquely to meet those needs. Not only does he motivate and inspire, he sincerely cares and checks in randomly to make sure his clients are ok when he doesn’t see them! I cannot recommend Josh enough!!

It has been really an exceptional experience training with Joshua. He is extremely professional — always punctual, always sending reminders the day before. He is also extremely knowledgeable — his workouts are always challenging and innovative and different, and most of all tailored to what I need at the time.
Fundamentally, though, training comes down to results. I’ve been training with Joshua for a little over two months. I came in with a nearly locked shoulder and a hurt knee, neither of which give me trouble anymore after targeted work. I’ve lost twenty pounds, and I have much better

Josh is a fantastic motivator and an all round super inspiring individual!!!
