Attainable Growth
Are you struggling with attaining the body you desire? Dealing with chronic joint or muscle pain? We are Attainable Growth, and our primary focus is working with individuals who aspire to increase strength and energy, as well as look, move, and feel better than ever before. At AG, we take pride in the notion that personal training is NOT all about delivering sessions that leave you exhausted, sore, and overworked.

Of course, working out and training is important when it comes to achieving a leaner, healthier physique. But for many people, working out and dieting alone are futile goals.sure, in the short term a health and fitness enthusiast can grind their way through the diet and exercise spinning wheel. But, in the long term, they get derailed, because there are missing links to the puzzle they did not address.
Services
You've decided to take positive steps toward the life you want to lead by taking charge of your health and fitness. More importantly, you are interested in enlisting the help of a professional that has been successful at facilitating lasting change in their client's lives. Congratulations! This is the most important step you can take because embarking on this journey alone can be intimidating, unclear, and steer you off course quite easily.
Small group training at AG is similar to our one-on-one model, except of course you have the pleasure of working with several other of your close friends, family, coworkers, or the opportunity to work alongside a new workout partner! At the onset of small group training, an individual meeting is set up with each of the group members to establish goals and desires and to take an inventory of health history.
AG Large Group Training (Corporate Wellness, Outdoor Bootcamps) is held at a location that is convenient for all members of the group; whether it be in your place of business or public park, we bring the equipment, the coaching, and the motivation to help you succeed.

Utilizing Circuit Training-style formatting featuring aspects of strength, mobility, power, balance, and stability, it is one of the best ways to achieve all-round fitness at a price that fits all budgets. One of the most common questions we get asked is "what if my fitness level is not the same as everyone else's in the group?"
The source for back pain can commonly be found at the hips; more specifically, lack of complete hip extension. One of the byproducts of tight, weak hips is an anteriorly tilted pelvis, aka lumbar lordosis. Now, the pelvis may orient itself that way in static postures, but I'm typically more concerned if the person has the wherewithal to be able to move OUT of that position.
I get it. You're watching your caloric intake, you go out for a run, hit the weights, go for a swim, bike, etc.during the week. Next thing you know, 2 months have gone by, and you haven't lost a pound of weight, let alone the fact that your butt isn't looking any more awesome in your favorite pair of jeans that used to fit you 5 years ago.

I have worked with Mike over the last 4 months and started seeing real progress in the first month. I tore my meniscus in both of my knees and damaged ligaments in my left ankle from running 5 miles twice a week. Previously, I had worked with two different physical therapists, two doctors, and an orthopedic surgeon over the course of 8 months. After the first three months with them, my progress had plateaued and each of them told me I would never be able to run or hike more than a mile or walk more than 2 miles at a time. I am 27 years old. I started looking elsewhere and interviewed a half dozen

I started to work with Mike several months ago when issues I've had in the past started to flare up again. I have moved all over the world (not just in the US) and have seen many different professionals in many fields. I had received temporary relief from a few of them but nothing long lasting. I had nearly given up and started to accept that the pain I continued to have from past injuries and my job continuing to irritate them would forever be something I dealt with.
I'm a photographer and carry heavy gear daily as well as sitting at a computer often. I have had injuries in the past that left

I came to Mike about 6 months ago, looking to lose some weight I had put on. I liked Mike's sessions from the beginning. The workouts are comprehensive, and pretty intense, but very accessible. Through seeing him twice a week over zoom for half an hour. I've managed to lose 40 lbs in that 6 month time frame since I started. Mike brought the knowledge and motivation to the table that I really needed to make that change. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone!

I have 2 sons working with Mike for the past year. My older(17) son is a swimmer and a runner. Mike helped him prepare for his first marathon and he was able to finish it in 4.5 hours! The younger son(15) is a national level tennis player and one of the biggest concerns is injury. Mike showed him some excellent stretches and daily routines to help his flexibilty to stay healthy and on the court. More than anything, Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and I feel confident that he is looking out for the best interest of my kids. He has been instrumental in the success of my boys!

I can't stress enough the importance of finding a knowledgeable trainer, especially when there are so many bad ones out there (mainly the big box gym employees, with whom I've hired and have been injured through their recommended exercises). Mike is extremely knowledgeable and really works with you to get to the root of your issues to correct it. He is more than just someone to help you get in shape, but can help with injuries and preventative measures. I can't recommend his services enough!

My wife had had acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, new mattresses, cupping, etc. and nothing was giving her relief from back problems and other tightness associated with aging and numerous operations. Then she connected with Mike whose combination of soft tissue work, stretching, and exercising has left her virtually pain free. Before she was virtually debilitated from flying more than three hours or she changed out mattresses every four months. Now, she is pain free. While it took six months of diligent effort with Mike’s approach, the benefits are well worth time and money. The most important

I would highly recommend using Mike for not only physical training, but to help work through injuries. He has a vast knowledge of how the body works in relation to movements, muscle, and joints. I've used trainers at big box gyms in the past, with whom I've been injured through their recommended exercises and finding Mike has been a huge blessing.

When I first reached out to Mike Groth, my goals were purely to build muscle. Mike heard me and helped me out greatly via custom work out plans that fit my schedule and capabilities. As well as taking the first steps towards that oh-so coveted v taper, training with mike taught me the importance of feeling good, not just looking good. Now, two years later, I've taken some strong steps in the right direction on my fitness journey, feeling great about my body and mind all the way, thanks to Mike.

Mike Groth was recommended to me by my internist when I sought help to recover from a fractured sacrum, injured while playing club tennis. After a month of bed rest, weeks of crutches and several months of physical therapy at St. David's, I needed guidance to continue safely retraining and strengthening the core muscles supporting my pelvis.

Mike and I met at my house. Every time he came over, Mike gave me challenging but attainable goals. Baby steps. I videotaped his instruction and followed it when I did the exercises alone. He never pushed me into a danger zone. He always followed up

My original motivation for seeking out a trainer was to continue the weight loss that I had started by adding a fitness component to it. Some things that I like about his approach with our sessions is that he is able to determine how much I was able to achieve in our workouts each time we met. Many days I was able to work really hard and he pushed me to accomplish more, and then those days when I was injured or not feeling it, he understood and still provided a complete workout. I also appreciate how he is a 'therapist' at some sessions as well, understanding that fitness is one component of a

I was really impressed with Mike's knowledge of the body and the way the whole system works together. I came in for issues I was having with ankle and foot pain. He worked systematically to address my immediate pain and then we moved on to work on other parts of the body that of course were connected. I felt relief in my pain pretty quickly after the first couple of sessions. His holistic approach to the body is really great and I appreciated how he paid attention to the issues I brought in to each session and adjusted the work plan accordingly.

I have been working out with Michael for over two months now. He is very patient in explaining the work out methods, demonstrate the correct ways to do exercises and constantly reminding us about watching our diet while work out routinely. Michael gives participants plenty of hands on corrections and helps. He observes the participants closely and adjust the routine accordingly.

I feel my over all physical condition improved a great deal and will certainly continue the work out!

I have been experiencing severe knee pain for several years, beginning roughly midway through my time in the military and continuing until roughly 3 months ago. I thought that it was just going to exist and I would have to just deal with it. As I am a life long athlete, it made my day to day activities in and out of the gym and basketball court far from pleasurable.

This is all until I started mobility training with Attainable Growth. It turns out my knee problems were not permanent and there was no real damage, I just had extremely tight hips and conventional stretching methods were unable
