Are you looking for a better path to weight loss, or have you been struggling to reach your fitness goals on your own? Many people believe they can manage fitness training on their own, and while some have moderate success, working with a fitness instructor can offer a more personalized experience with better results.

The craziest high intensity workout may offer great results to some but injuries to others. Personal training isn't like boot camp, where everyone goes through the same set of exercises regardless of their starting points and ability levels. Individualized training with a personal trainer who can identify your needs and develop a holistic training program just for you will offer much better results.

I wouldn't rate 5 stars if I didn't completely believe in his methods and knowledge. I trained with Chris for a year and he's awesome. His guidance completely changed my physique. I lost fat, I gained muscle in the spots I wanted to, and he helped me do it the way I wanted to, which was with weight training and zero cardio.
Training session rates vary by the trainer, but typically range between $50 and $75 per session for 1 hour one on one sessions. Training sessions take place at our gym, Evolve Personal Fitness. It is a state of the art facility with all standard equipment, amenities like showers and changing rooms (so you can workout on the way to work!), as well as a beautiful outdoor area with punching bags, TRX bands, tires, and more.
Our online personal training program is not just a workout plan and an occasional email from your coach. We know you may not have a full array of equipment available at your home. That's okay, all of our trainers are well versed in minimal equipment workouts, and can get your heart pumping, muscles growing, and fat burning without any equipment other than your own body weight.
Our gym is called Evolve Personal Fitness and is located at 5716 W US Highway 290 Service Road, 78735. It has all standard gym amenities including changing rooms, showers, free weights, machines, as well as a fun outdoor workout area with battle ropes, punching bags, & more! Membership is just 27/mo, with no contracts, and you can try it out with a free 7 day trial!

Alyse Kelly is the ABSOLUTE best personal trainer ever! I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with her. I have been going to Chris Protein Personal Training for 3.5 months now. My results speak for themselves. I'm down 45 pounds with visible muscle gain. Tom Bold has been great at working around my hectic schedule and provides me with workouts when I'm traveling for work. He's very knowledgeable, with not only fitness, but nutrition as well. My partner and I explored many personal fitness gyms in Austin and this was the perfect fit.

I have been working with Tom for the last couple of months and have loved the experience so far! After gaining some Covid lbs and not being motivated in working out, I can honestly say that Tom has really helped motivate me in getting back in the gym. Jessica is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! It is really clear to me that she tailors our sessions to my goals and she thinks about my strengths and weaknesses when she chooses exercises. I’m prone to injuries but she always comes up with a plan that will get me a great workout without it overdoing it and getting hurt. She also just has a great personality and the sessions are really fun. I truly look forward to training with her every week. Finding a personal trainer can be challenging…let alone finding one that doesn’t charge a crazy amount of money too. I am so happy with my trainer Angela! I have been going to personal training 2 days a week for the past 6 months with Angela Velazquez. I never use to go to the gym or workout before so I was nervous about getting a personal trainer, but Angie was so warm and made me feel so comfortable. She sets up our workouts specifically for my wife and I, gives us workouts to do at home and also gives us a bit of advice on diet that could help. I've been working with Nancy since mid summer and she is awesome! I finally decided to get back into working out and she has made me super motivated and I've truly enjoyed getting back into it with her. She's very knowledgeable and has taught me a ton while on my journey. I've been out for a couple months due to an injury (not work-out related, I crashed a scooter...) but she has continued to check in with me and I certainly plan on going back to her once I am able. What I love about Evolve is there are a variety of trainers and styles to choose from to fit the clients needs and goals. The trainers are all very respectful to each other and with their clients. The facility is clean and well equipped.
I train with Tom Bold. He is a perfect fit for me. He is helping me focus on my specific goals, he challenges me, and keeps me pushing through my workouts even when I think something might be too hard or awkward for me. I buddy train with my daughter which works great because she loves working the lower body and I love working the upper body so we push each other
