Our teachers are Kripalu trained, Certified Yoga Teachers. The 2 fully equipped, spacious studios boast bamboo floors, rich colors and artful details.

Services
Renew- Wind down your day in candlelight; a gentle, slow flowing restorative class with focus on self-care and pampering! No experience necessary. Vinyasa- A grounding flow that allows the practitioner to drop into themselves and connect within, postures through breath in a moving mediation. Some experience/knowledge of yoga postures necessary.
Cathy is a lifelong resident of the Berkshires. She is a Kripalu trained, Certified Yoga Teacher. Cathy has both a Bachelor's and Master's in Education. She has taught Elementary Education her whole career. Cathy has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She is thrilled to combine her love of teaching and yoga, and share this with you in a variety of Kripalu-based classes.
As a beginning yoga student, Zaanti Yoga Studio fits all of my needs quite nicely. I love that it has terrific parking and when you walk through the door of the studio you are consumed in warmth and peace. The beautiful bamboo floors, warm colors, and spaciousness are so inviting. I have tried several classes already and each has been a wonderful experience, all with very knowledgeable teachers.

I’ve not had the joy of being able to attend a class face to face yet, but Anna teaches at a studio that’s like a second home to me normally. Since lockdown I’ve been able to explore different online classes and experience new teachers, I had wanted to attend a class by Anna for a while and I’ve not been disappointed! I practise the Spring Vinyasa once a week as a break from Rocket Yoga and each class I’ve attended virtually has been amazing. A very gentle but extremely knowledgable teacher, knows a lot on our breath work, anatomy, prana, and how to cue postures online which isn’t easy

I first met Anz during a Mysore Ashtanga class where she immediately made me feel welcomed. She lives and breathes yoga and her amazing energy, positivity and creativity as a person comes through in every class she teaches. Whether it is a fast paced, powerful practice or a yin and nidra session, I always feel incredibly supported and amazingly relaxed at the end of the class. She is an inspiring yoga teacher who has personally helped me so much in my own yoga journey. One of my favourite teachers and a beautiful soul.

Visiting the area for the weekend and looking for a drop-in class. Zaanti was the perfect find. I'm used to vinyasa flow and this was a much more relaxed and introspective experience with more deep stretching. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and our instructor was the studio owner, who took the time to learn our names and yoga backgrounds. The studio is clean, spacious and relaxing. Small details like tea and chocolate after your class add an extra touch. High recommendations for this studio.

I am a frequent visitor to Lenox and was so pleased to discover the gem of Zaanti Yoga Studio this summer. The location is convenient and there is parking. I've taken classes with Cathy, Rima and Ben and found them all to be excellent teachers, welcoming, knowledgeable and focused on their students' needs. The studio is well equipped and uncluttered; classes are not too crowded; and, one leaves class feeling refreshed and renewed.
