I’ve had such a wonderful experience living in the Crown Station complex that is owned/managed by BRG apartments on Amelia Olive Branch Road. The apartments are so well kept and any issues you may run into are immediately tended to by maintenance. The pool and grounds are beautiful and continuously improving. The women in the office (Diane and Shari) and the maintenance team are very kind and helpful. I literally can’t say enough good things about this place! If you need a pet-friendly, safe, clean place to live - this is the spot!

I am a current resident and have lived here for just over three years. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any possible issues. The current apartment manager is absolutely amazing. She is on top of things and ready to help, should a problem arise. The pool is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy living at Crown Station. I have been here for 3 years with my daughter in a 2-bedroom unit. The rent is affordable in comparison to other apartment communities in the area. I have never had issues with noisy neighbors or anything like that. The place is family/kid and pet friendly. The lawn is kept up on a weekly basis. If I have questions about any improvements or concerns for things outside of my unit, they are quickly addressed (nothing major, things like a porch light, etc)! I can really feel at home here.

I have nothing but good things to say about the crew managing Crown Station. Every interaction I've had from management to maintenance has been exemplary. When I moved into a well kept one bedroom apartment, I was pleasantly surprised with the size and state of the rental for the price. I had a small personal issue with the room I rented, something most people would simply overlook, but Diane and Shari pulled out all the stops to make me as comfortable as possible. I do not exaggerate when I say they literally did everything in their power to make me feel at home. I ended up upgrading to a 2 bedroom

Lived here for a year before I finally escaped.
The property itself is not worth what it costs.
I've had multiple negative experiences with the management of this company. On one occasion of a check issue instead of calling us they simply taped a photo copy of the check to our front door. With account and routing number out in the open. They did not try to contact us and simply let the charge build to an extra 200$ for being 4 days late. Coming home from work to find my account and routing number out in public view I panicked and called my bank and switched accounts.
The next day I paid them

My husband and I have lived here about a year and half now. The apartment manager Stacy is great, she is very kind and helpful. The maintinance men are very friendly and always glad to help. I have not had any problems yet while living here with any of the staff. Would recommend these apartments, they are a good apartment for the money.

I did not live here but had an awful experience. I was trying to get my disabled mother and grandmother housing. I found a two bedroom for the right price, a ground floor unit as they are disabled, submitted the app, paid the deposit and first months rent. I verified that each check was received and correct with Bethany, who works the phones and accept applications. I specified we needed a first floor due to disabilities and under $470 a month and this was the apartment we were assigned. We were even given the address. The day of the move in, she claimed I owed a balance. $30 app fee for each person
