I was looking for a 3 bedroom and saw that there were 3 units available posted on rent.com so I sent a request through. I never heard back and ended up searching them through Google and called and left several messages and emails. I was in a time crunch so I finally went online to fill out an application(I thought it was an app for getting a 3 bedroom that said was available) I made an appointment after I did the application and paid $148 for the app fee and hold fee that is required to do the application. I get there and she said there wasn't and hasn't been any 3 bedrooms available for a long

The maintenance at Quail Creek Townhomes is impressive and the best out of anywhere that I have lived. Maintenance was exceptionally knowledgeable, hard-working, professional, and issues were corrected the first time and in a timely manner!! The leasing staff communicated well and were very personable. The only issue I had while living here was parking because the spaces are too narrow for medium sized trucks.

My 60 year old grandma trimmed our hedges on the hottest day of August because they have not been done one time this year and she was tired of lookibg at it. My mother in law is a few complaints away from calling the board of health for the grass and bushes. It has caused us to have an extreme spider and milipede problem in our basement. I treated the outside and inside and our maintenance request for the door gap to be fixed has not even been addressed. Year #3 here and so far it's the worst one yet.

Management is awful. Maintenance is worse. I was supposed to have a brand new townhouse basically. They gave me the run around for a month after I had already moved my stuff in the get new floor, painting, new sink, new shower. The only thing I’ve gotten is new flooring and new sink. I’ve lived here since February. I painted everything myself. Paid for all paint and materials. The shower is still gross. I’ve been composing about my A/C since beginning of summer. They say there is nothing they can do. My vents barely blow out any air. It’s ridiculous.

I've lived here 3 years and never seen management as poor as the current. More concerned with their own convenience than the community and happiness of the residents. I hope ownership looks at their reviews and will see ALL current complaints are about the terrible management and get a replacement. Our previous manager was a resident in the community and actually cared. This one, not even close.

The grass is currently about 2ft high. There’s 2 black couches sitting out at the curb that have been there over a month, and now a mattress sitting out (not wrapped in plastic or anything, just soaking up the rain). I grew up here and my parents have lived here for 18 years. It has seriously gone downhill. Hopefully the owner sees this, and does something about these issues. Unacceptable.
