Stone Pointe has been a great experience. Management is always helpful. Packages being delivered is the only problem as they deliver to the main office not our residence each time. So far 1/20 packages was not found. Stone Pointe is working with Amazon and other shipping providers to add lockers. Glad to call the place home!

I moved in over a year ago Crystal and the entire staff has been so helpful even throughout so many changes that have taken place in the office. I just want to say moving here has been a great choice by far , I even renewed my lease. When ever I have issues they are so quick to fix it and follow up. I would recommend this place over n over again

Crystal Ragland is one of the ladies in the front which I was expecting to have a good service but I just had a bad attitude and bad services. This just tells me that this is not a good community and they will not treat me properly if I decided to move here. I feel very disappointed with this company.

First off I want to say that StonePointe is everything I wanted in a apartment and more! The apartments are clean, luxurious, and spacious. I was looking for all of those qualities in my new home and they nailed it. The best quality of them all though is the professionalism of Crystal Ragland & the rest of the StonePointe staff! When moving into my new home I had some mild inconveniences, but after Crystal reaching out to me she handled everything for me to make my situation better then perfect. I can tell already I’m going to love my time here.

I moved here a few months ago. The apartment is nice however the carpet in the hallways need serious cleaning and there could be better lighting in the hallways. The hallways are dark and dank. We are in the summer months so that carpet does not smell good at all. I can't believe there are no cameras in the hallways how are you supposed to feel secure? But they want to charge $5 a day for guest parking. They should definitely invest in security camera and do more upkeep in the buildings for the amount of rent being paid. If you are looking for security on a property you should look elsewhere. Crystal

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I have lived here for a few months and have been nothing but pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of the management office. Given the national pandemic, they have continued to facilitate and expedite non emergency maintenance services. I would recommend this complex to anyone that was or is in the market for an apartment.

I have been living at this property since 2016.. even though the facilities could use some up keep, I had been comfortable living here until as of late. I have been experiencing packages not being delivered or being taken from in front of my door! I have addressed this issue with the leasing office in the past. This week took the cake! I had a package of VERY high value stolen from my door. I have proof that it was delivered. I went to the leasing office and was told they only have live security cameras at the front entrances of the building. So basically if anything serious happens they won’t
