Needs professional painting, with quality paint throughout interior, halls, apartments & resident areas, as was promised in 2015. Office and lobby areas are better quality than halls, & common areas. Need comfortable seating in main community room. Terrible old, stained floors in apartment kitchens & baths. Ad states upgraded counters & floors in apartments, however, few, if any, are. Exercise room is available, but most, if not all equipment is broken or otherwise unable to be used. New management has improved the general morale. Active resident participation enables social programs, but very
