I am making this review in reference to my brothers apartment home experience. Due to his job he cannot make reviews haha. My brother moved here during the pandemic so they were only doing virtual tours when I was inquiring about rentals on his behalf. The leasing consultant staff were extremely helpful and gave as much Much information prior to making a decision. Honestly this complex looked a lot better than most of the ones we were considering during the search. What sold him was the option of being on the top floor and his view is amazing!! Had my package stolen here. I've never had delivery issues with Amazon for years & i know it's the people here or the management that is the cause of my lost package. Amazon had clearly delivered my package and it was stated by driver that it was handed over to the front desk receptionist. I was given a code and when i went to the package room, my package wasn't there. I called and emailed the apartment management about this & they kept telling me the front desk does not accept packages & that Amazon might have messed up. I've been with Amazon for years & never

I've lived at BellStone Bridge for 5 years and if it had not been for Covid and some time I'd planned to spend in Paris, i would not be here. I've lived many places in this area and tenants who paid their rent on time, were good neighbors and took care of their units were given reasonable rent increases if they occured as to retain a good tenant. However this is not the case with BellStone Bridge. Everytime I look the rent increases significanly and if not for being at the town center and close to I-95 ....there would be no advantage to living here. I've seen many places

I'm a foreigner, and I didn't know how to rent a house in the U.S., but with the help of manager, Ms. Clark, I was able to rent an apartment without any problems. Ms. Clark has always been kind in the process of finding an apartment, and she still is. This makes a very good impression on Bell Stonebridge apartments.

Facilities aside, the leasing agents were the some of the kindest and helpful people I've come in contact with in a long time. Their sheer excitement about their job made it a pleasure to interact with them. The care and attention to detail extended past the customer service and into the management of the property as well. They addressed issues as they arose and many before they even became a problem.
Definitely enjoyed my stay with some of the friendliest neighbors I could ask for.

I lived at Bell Stonebridge for over five years and moved out last year. Initially called Stonebridge Terrace, once it was renamed Bell Stonebridge, it went downhill. I had a two bedroom/two bath apartment. You could hear every single thing from the upstairs neighbor (I mean everything). And when they walked...geez. Like stomping. Neighbors surround sound system during the day and most of weekends. Kids running down the hallway often, weed smells on a regular basis, trash compactor broken at least once a month and the numerous fire alarms in the middle of the night. At one point, I stopped

I am a foreigner to the US and have no idea about renting at all. Ms. Clarke, apt manager, is so friendly and flexible to set up the orientation for me to introduce the apt and amenities. Everything is great and even better than where I am from. It is super convenient that Wegmans and restaurants around the apt and safe community as well. I highly recommend Bell Stonebridge and willing to have business with Ms. Clarke again.

I lived at Bell Stonebridge for close to 4 years and had a fantastic experience. I absolutely loved the apartment and had an amazing view of the hillside where eagles and hawks flew regularly. With ample space and plenty of walking paths it was a great place to be a dog owner. I also want to bring attention Denarsha Clarke for being amazing during the move-out process and would definitely recommend this location based on the time I had at Bell Stonebridge.

This is an awesome property so far. I just moved in, the place is really nice and it is close to lots of restaurants & shops & Wegmans!
The property staff are awesome! Denarsha made my move seemless. Her warm & bubbly personality, responsiveness & professionalism made me want to move in even more!

The apartments are nice enough, staff has been really nice to me. The main complaints are the fire alarms that go off a lot- day and night, the maintenance not really swapping smoke detector batteries when they say they are or doing the other scheduled maintenance and the noice from outside which isn't the apartment owners fault.

I have been living at Bell Stonebridge for a little under a year and this has been an eventful experience. The old management staff was beyond helpful and professional yet the new staff is completely unprofessional and rude! Since the new management has taken over the fire alarms seem to go off at least 5-6 times a week at all times of the day and night. My car has also been broken into three times since living here and the staff has no solution and always says their looking into putting cameras inside the garage. The neighbors below or above you seem it's okay to hit the floor or the ceiling

If I could give it zero stars I would. The damn fire alarm has now been going for an hour and 40 minutes. We are going to a hotel to get some sleep. This is a regular occurrence. Usually it happens in the wee hours of the morning. Most of the residents even bother to evacuate anymore. Those of us that did were outside standing in the cold and rain and were cleared back in by fire department who have since left. They left over an hour ago and the alarm still is on. Pay ridiculously high rent and now have to go and sleep in a hotel. Some of us have young babies and Work tomorrow. Get your act all

My son lives here and we visited for the holidays.
Everything looked so nice and clean and new! I thought it was quite the place for my little boy to live.
He only had two complaints, the parking garage.
I worry about my boy and he said that there is break-ins in the parking garage and that there isn't any cameras! He literally showed me a picture of a car on bricks in the garage. NO TIRES!
They probably didn't catch the person because there are no cameras out there. I went and walked around when I was leaving and searched every inch for at least one camera. Not even one.

When I moved in here the building was under a different management company needless to say the change was not positive the new management is not friendly, they completely changed all the people that used to work here and replaced them with folks who not only are not friendly but also not organized can't tell you how many emails I've gotten saying they don't have paperwork I provided when I moved in and are now in need of copies. We lived here for 2.5 months and in these two months, there were at least 10 fire alarms. The fire alarms would go off early in the morning and no messages were sent out from management. When we first moved in, the old office team were great. Very polite and friendly. Once the management changed, so did the office staff. All but one was rude and not very welcoming .When the fire alarms went off, we never heard from management about what happened or what they were doing to prevent further incidences until we called and the very next day we received an email.
