Even through Covid and all the nonsense of the last year, I have had an excellent experience living here. Great apartments, wonderful maintenance help and Marlen with the office staff has been an absolute delight. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful with ALL concerns I have thrown her way. Would recommend Black Feather Apartments for sure!

I relocated to Black Feather Apartments 9 months ago and I’ve had nothing short of a wonderful experience. Truthfully, l can say this is the best apartment I’ve resided in yet. The apartments themselves are beautiful & modern; The complex is extremely quiet and the property is nicely kept. Last but not least, the staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and are taken care of. Delilah, the manager, personally delivered Valentine’s goodie bags to the residents and I’ve never seen that before in the 14 years I’ve been renting. As far as maintenance goes

We lived at Black Feather for two years and genuinely loved every moment. Maintenance was taken care of swiftly and professionally, the front office was always kind, personable, and helpful, and our unit was truly a wonderful home. The grounds were always kept clean and orderly too. If you're looking for a quiet "home feel", this is definitely a great place.

Tara Swanson should be absolutely ashamed of herself. I hope you don't have children. They had $1400 in their hands and wouldn't accept it. And than kept adding fee after fee. Completely ridiculous. Kicked a mother of 3 on the streets when the rent wasn't even a month late. Literally had a money order in hand and wouldn't accept it. Totally shameful. God forbid anything happens to you or your family while you're living there. They will evict you and not even think twice. Not to mention they owed her $300 for a storage space which was written in the lease and never received. Just another example

I hope you all understand how absolutely shameful Tara Swanson is. Why you would want someone like that representing your company is beyond me. Not only was Black Feather in violation of their own lease agreement, she had the audacity to have a mother of 3 evicted even after having a money order for $1400 in hand. Also while owing her $300 for a storage unit, which was written in the lease. She is easily the most unprofessional slumlord i have ever encountered. I know alot of people in Denver, and will make it personal goal to ruin her and this shameful organization. I have never in my life seen

We lived in Black Feather longer than the summer months of 2016 while awaiting our nearby real estate buy/sell transactions. We were there for 4 out of the 6 months of our lease obligation. We were first in to our unit on the third floor and had a minimum of oops experiences typical in new construction: fire alarms going off unexpectedly, LED light bulbs needing to be replaced often, HVAC not working for almost a week in the heat of summer. In every case Black Feather management leapt into action and got quick fixes. We always felt that we were being taken care of.
