A place to go if you have no other options. Avoid this place! The halls smell constantly! The apartment was rented in disrepair and filth, the trash rooms are constantly dispicable, and absolutly filthy!

We moved here from Washington and saw about 14 other complexes. The minute we walked in we were greeted by Abby. She was the most professional and friendly consultant that we encountered. Needless to say we knew immediately that this is where we wanted to live. We are extremely happy with our choice. The amenities are outstanding and the staff is so welcoming.

Wouldn’t suggest living here. Vehicle was stolen from inside a locked parking garage. The management at the front desk were asked to send their security camera footage over to the police. They showed no sign of urgency over a missing $50,000 truck. They didn’t get the information to the police until two days later and me going down to ask them multiple times if they have done it yet. Doesn’t give you much hope after paying them thousands a month for rent…

I just renewed my lease, not sure about the negative reviews. I'm just about to start my second year here and it's been great. Management is responsive and super helpful whenever I reached out. Mike from maintenance just visited my apartment and swapped out the smoke alarm batteries and switched out my air filter. He was great! Quick, efficient, and trustworthy--everything you want in apartment maintenance staff!

Loving Aspect so far. Staff here are pretty cool and helpful. Simple maintenance work and a light upgrade in apartment went well and quick. Pretty quiet here and amenities are decent--coffee machine, pool/hot tub and gym. We got a decent price on 2 bed/2 bath. Parking inside is decent though a bit tight--to be expected. External grounds are well kept. Tons of large dogs in residence but most folks are good about picking up after their animals. Location is great to get on highway and various stores and mall nearby within 2 miles. Can't ask for much more other than to win the lottery.

We lived here years ago when Holland was the company who owned it. We loved it then. The front desk ladies were great. They put on a lot of resident events. The fun is average and pool is nice. I did notice though that shortly after we moved they changed companies and the reviews went significantly down. What a bummer.

As stated in other reviews this place will drain your sanity. The office staff while nice before you sign the lease and then for approximately 3 months into your lease; after that really do not care about their residents. Every thing you bring to them is met with a corporate response of "living in a multi family complex it is expected to be noisy...." The staff do not care about anything other than selling this place to more tenants and making sure their current tenants pay their rent (2 mass messages 10 days before rent is due, auto text on rent due date, and 2 or 3 more mass messages

I love this community. Very safe. Pet friendly(which is the best!). The neighbors are very nice, friendly and respectful. The amenities are incredible. Gym, Heated Pool and jacuzzi, Coffee Room, Roof Deck, Bottom Deck for gatherings with pool table, full kitchen. The Leasing Office staff is incredible. I moved into Aspect in Sept, after a terrible experience with my previous apartment. The move in process was easy, and everyone was very friendly. I found the apartments to be rather quiet, and the apartments themselves are modern and well maintained.
The maintenance crew here is fantastic, they fixed everything within 12 hours of notifying them of the problem. When winter rolled around, I had no heat. I put in a request, and they were up and had it fixed within the hour. They have online rent payment, convenient lockers for large shipments/fedex/etc. They also have a convenient parking garage

The garage has been broken for 3 months. I'm sitting here stuck in the elevator as I write this. Over a month ago I made the modest request of having the management provide some kind of newsletter with updates and they've done nothing. No communications. They just don't care. How Pinnacle is allowed to run an apartment building is beyond me.

Why to expensive for what you get... the staff in the front office has changed 3 times in one year, Angie is extremely rude and very unapproachable, if you do have issues or need anything look somewhere else. We will not be renewing our lease. There's other beautiful apartments right next door where I'm sure the stuff would treat you well.

My boyfriend and I moved to CO a few weeks ago. We had looked up Aspect beforehand: the location, and the reviews and pictures we'd seen had put it at the top of our list as far as places to live. Our first morning in CO, we drove over to Aspect for a tour. Tori was very helpful at helping us find an apartment that fit our needs. We decided to jump right in and submit an application. The whole process went quickly and efficiently.

I lived at Aspect apartments for two years and for the most part, complaints would be minimal -- any issues we encountered would be expected living in any similar environment. For the majority of my time there, the management team was Holland residential, and the staff was super friendly and personable - always making an effort to know their residents on a first name basis. If any maintenance issues occurred, repairs were timely. Unfortunately, within just the last two weeks of my lease, the property management team switched over to Pinnacle and I wasn't super impressed with their service
