We have lived here going on over 2 years. Any issues we've had, have been quickly addressed. We appreciate the monitoring and cleaning of the property. It is kept nice and the office staff is friendly. It is a bit difficult for delivery people to navigate, but I try to provide extra directions for them. Parking can be a bit tight, but overall, we are very happy here.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our first couple of months here. The office people are wonderful, personable, and seem to care about our experience here. I have lived in apartments before and have NEVER had maintenance work to get you taken care of quickly as here. In Texas our AC went out in the middle of the summer and it took those people 2 days to fix it. We had an issue with the water heater here and it was fixed within hours of calling. My only issues are the snow buildup by our building(not really anywhere else to put it so nothing can be done about that), and it is a little cramped driving around

Con: None of sinks were sealed therefore water runs under the cabinets when cleaning them.
Con: No communication from property management with regards to changes on property (due to COVID-19). It would be great if they kept residents updated via email or community mailer.
Con: (Due to COVID-19) If you live here be aware that some of your packages won't be delivered per the request of property management. Therefore, you will be required to drive to the post office. There's nothing convenient about paying for shipping only to have to pick up your deliveries yourself. Also, when property management

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. From the experiences we have had in the past, moving to another apartment complex made me nervous. So far we have been here for a little under a month and we have had the best experience possible. Mike, the property manager and all the other staff has been overly welcoming and accommodating (they even gave us a really nice welcome basket when we moved in). It is a new build complex and everything from the leasing office, gym, and the apartments themselves are beautiful for a really great price. The leasing office is such an amazing addition to the complex
