The apartment is not bad at all but the stuff and management are the worst in my experience. Don't expect your deposit will return back if your apartment even very clean and no damages . They won't return money, they have excuses not to return your money. I lived many apartments in Colorado but this is the worst apartment i lived.

My boyfriend and I came by here with the hopes of being accepted. We had some previous experiences that made us feel pretty hopeless. Christina Garcia has been amazing and really rooting for us to be able to rent here. She saw us despite being 45 minutes late to our appointment. She gets everything done in a very timely manner and is extremely friendly and personable. This is best experience either of us has had here in Colorado! I couldn't ask for better customer service and Christina is truly a gem! I highly recommend anyone looking to rent here to come give it a try! Christina is so amazing

I checked this place out last week and I was surprised that the reviews here don't actually represent what you get. The staff there is so nice and professional. The lady in the front office went out of her way to give me information about affordable housing because they didn't have any one bedroom apartments when I was needing to move by. The lobby and other areas I looked at were clean and smelled like cookies. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I'll keep checking back to see if they have anything for me.

I've lived at this place for about 4 years now and there is a reason I have stayed around for this long. The grounds and buildings have always been well kept, and the staff always friendly. I will say that since the beginning of this year, as they brought on new maintenance staff, it improved even more. The buildings started staying cleaner, along with the grounds. Any time I needed things fixed, it happened much faster. These new guys definitely make a point to let me know what broke, and how to prevent it in the future. The office staff is always amazingly helpful. They are friendly and help

I've lived at this property for close to a year now, and I have to say that it's been one of better places I've ever lived. While I've always felt the property was nice, especially for being low income, the place has definitely had a lot of improvements. They updated the mail room and conference room with new paint and furniture, have gotten the halls a fresh coat of paint, as well as kept the grounds cleaner.
In regards to the staff that work here, I think they are all amazing. In the office, Lorena is always greeting me with a smile and if I ever need anything, she is quick to get me the answers

With the increasing rents in the Denver area, Lincoln Pointe Lofts has provided an option for residents to pay a lower rental rate than most places around town. We were so satisfied with our apartment while living here. The apartment was gorgeous! It was light, bright, updated and full of amenities. The management was nothing short of amazing! They are professional, quick to fix problems that may arise, and are understanding. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality apartment and not having to break the bank to do so!
