1 BD 1 BA: SUPER THIN FLOORS! I wanted to give a fair review, so I only wrote after living here for a few months. The apartment location is great! There are pros and cons to everything. By far the grounds are maintained as some of the best in my experience and the staff/maintenance group are amazing! The spacious porch/balcony area is nice but would be better in the 1st floors had railing.
In an apartment, I know there are sounds you will hear and that’s expected and fine. However, the lack of padding between the ceiling and floor in this apartment is some of the worst I’ve personally experienced

I moved in here April of 2021 and wow have I been impressed, from the office to maintenance everything has been on point. Christina, the office manager, has been an absolute pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about this property and it shows! Jordan at the front desk is always ready to jump up and help any way she can. Mark in Maintenance has been on top of every single request we’ve put in. Most residents that I’ve met here are fantastic and it feels like I’ve known them for years. Great job building a true community!

This is my first month of being a resident here at Remington at lone tree. The experience has been humbling and smooth. Our leasing agent is Jordan! She has been great and answered all our questions. Christina the property manager has been so helpful and kind. She found us a garage and has been nothing but kind to us. I’m happy to be at this community. It’s a great location with a great team!

I just move in Oct. 14th, I have had nothing but wonderful customer service. Jordan was by far the best, kind and sweetest leasing agent I have worked with. She was the first point of contact and she sold my husband and I on these apartments. Our move in day we met Christina, the office manager and she was just as fabulous as Jordan. She took care of everything for us and made sure our move in was smooth. Also I need to mention the maintenance crew is by far the best I have ever seen. Usually from my past apartments the maintenance crew has a I don’t care attitude, but not this team! Everyone

First off, the maintenance team is AWESOME. They are usually there the same day or next day to fix your maintenance request and have fixed every one of my requests. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about them.
I wish I could say the same thing about the office staff. While my initial experience with them was positive in the leasing process, things have changed. I have several emails that have been unanswered for a week or two at a time. My roommate and I lived at the Remington for 4 years and it’s a great place apartment complex. It is affordable for the area and the location is close to many restaurants and the Park Meadows mall. Also, the amenities like heated pool and gym are nice and well kept. The manager, Christina Leatherberry, was great and very helpful. She took the time listen to any issues and resolved them quickly. We highly recommend living here and only left because we moved into a house.

Forgive the rant, but this place is perfect! Office is very quick and thorough to respond to emails. Maintenance upkeep is outstanding. I work for a different property management company and would still 10 out of 10 recommended this property. Josh G has been a huge help since day one. He showed us the available floor plan we wanted, and within a weekend, we were able to move in. I've never had that incredible service with apartments. Great job man! The amenities are great even through quarantine. You can definitely tell the maintenance crew is on top of it. I actually had to call them same day
