I am highly skeptical of all financial firms making claims that sound too good to be true. iLendingDirect did everything they said they would do, and more. My representative was very professional and efficient. The process was quick and painless and lowered my auto loan interest rate by ten points!

Wow!! This place was amazing! Wally W really took the time to work with me and get me the best deal possible. I was skeptical at first but ended up being the best and easiest process ever to refinance my vehicle. Wally is still even helping me with issues i ran into with my warranty company and keeping up to date with how everything is going. Highly recommend this company and Mr Wally W!!

Tried to get my car refi'd - first I was bombarded by a zillion phone calls. After I did get in contact with a couple of reps, it was like pulling teeth to get them to give me info on my loan. Both reps were unresponsive, not helpful with no follow up. Very poor experience. I ended up going with Caribou lending through Credit Karma and had a way better experience.

I got a GREAT auto refi loan. My interest went from 22% to a 10%, with a credit Union. My payment also came down by about $60. I was pleased with the overall outcome. However, my loan guy could definitely get better with the promised follow through on communication and keeping me updated. He was very nice and informative, you can tell he is experienced… but he would tell me he was going to keep me updated and I literally had to call him every single time. A big thank you to iLending and I would definitely refer friends and family to this company.

I spoke to a representative Mitch, who was very friendly and professional, and was willing to take the time to help me solve an issue I was having. I woke up one morning and decided I needed to refinance my vehicle. Literally LESS THAN 2 weeks later my deal was finalized! My interest rate was cut in half AND I’m saving almost $100 on my car note. I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend iLending to anyone that is in financial need! The "loan officer" from the company made it a point to remind me that he did not use text that often to communicate and when he called (which was not that often) I was supposed to drop everything that I was doing to connect with him. He promised me he would call me back on a Monday and well, he could not be bothered to call back until a week later. Did not submit my loan application to any bank like he said he would. Also got angry because he took his valuable time to call me and I was wasting his time.

I am one that never reviews anyone or any company, so for me to get on here and make a review really ought to tell you how this situation with ILending and one of their employees named Mike was upsetting to me. I was considering refinancing my auto loan with this company. I had Mike helping me and at first he was really into helping me as I'm sure he was looking at getting $$$ for getting me to go through them for my auto refinance. I thought he was pretty good. I placed an inquiry through Lending Tree, and Ryan Reynolds, of iLendingDIRECT, contacted me via text. We exchanged a few messages, but when I told him that I needed the whole process to be done via text or email, he completely ghosted me.

Are you people serious? I never applied for a loan was just browsing. Watch out they say soft pull pre-approval. Nope they pulled a hard. Beware! There is no way that all of these reviews with 5 stars exist. Look ever reviewer with 5 Stars happen to know the name of the rep they spoke too. That's the first sign its a lie.

I was contacted by Ernest from ILending several weeks after looking into a possible refinance of my auto loan. My situation has changed and when I told Ernest that, his reply was "oh so you like paying more every month for your car payment?". I do not think that is the way to talk to a potential customer and if he is an example of the customer service for this lender, I will take my business elsewhere.

I worked on the phone with Evelyn and was super-impressed with both her expertise and honesty. She genuinely was looking out for my best interest and did not try to pressure me into a decision. I needed to refinance my auto loan because my auto loan at the time charged fees for early payoff and had a limit to how much I could payoff per month. I filled out my refi application with iLendingDIRECT. The agent who helped me said I was approved for a lower rate and there were no early penalty fees.
He gave me the rate and it was a little bit better then my loan at the time. I admit that I rushed this process and I thought the agent I was dealing with was working for the loan company. iLendingDIRECT is not a lender but they are a third party. I mistakenly rushed through the 9 page contract

I refinanced my vehicle with this company. Unfortunately, i didn't realize that there was a $900 discrepancy until i had signed all the paperwork and the loan was finalized.
$400 in doc fees (NEVER DISCLOSED UP FRONT)
$500 in interior/exterior coverage (NEVER DISCLOSED UP FRONT)
These fees were added to the loan and unfortunately i did not catch it in time. I signed in good faith believing that the documents reflected what had been disclosed and nothing else. READ EVERYTHING.
