We have been living in Cross Hill Heights since June 2020. Before writing this review, we wanted to live here for a few months to make sure that the initial sense of happiness and satisfaction that we experienced upon moving in would continue, and not be based just on the euphoria of finding a conveniently located, well appointed, spacious apartment. 😊
Now, after spending over six months here, we can say without any hesitation that this is the best apartment complex we have lived in thus far. The management team led by Joe Weber does an excellent job of providing a high quality living experience

We would recommended Cross Hill Heights as an amazing place to live, beautiful apartments and grounds with excellent facilities!
Joe made.our move to the US easy and was extremely helpful. He was also extremely helpful during the difficulty experienced through Covid especially when we had to relocate back to Ireland.
He was always helpful in all aspects of our requests. A credit to Forward Management.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful. They seem to combine modern hotel feel with a home. Maintenance is extremely fast and the one issue I had (by accidentally grinding something in the garbage disposal) was fixed immediately. Having not only a garage but a heated garage is fantastic. I do wish we were able to purchase an additional spot for a monthly fee. Leasing is always happy and willing to assist with whatever issues you may have.
I would give a full five stars but unfortunately for me there is no dog park and we are not able have our dogs in the courtyard. They do keep their sidewalks

If you're looking for a fancy appartment in a quiet neighborhood this is the place. Watch out for nails on the road though, the construction crews building the place don't always clean up well one of the neighbors found a screw in their tire. I was a bit shocked by the price because it would cost as much to rent there as it does to live down the street and buy a condo. That's Madison for ya.

I've lived at Cross Hill Heights for a few months now. I've had Forward Management for a few years now and this is the best apartment I've had with them so far. Joe, the property manager, is onsite everyday and always eager and willing to help. The property grounds are nicely cleaned and tended to. The area around here is very quiet, lots of people walking with their dogs too so if you have a dog its a great place. I've enjoyed living here so far and highly recommend.

We have had such a positive experience in the short month we have lived at Cross Hill Heights! Forward Management has been super accommodating and communicative throughout our whole moving process. The facilities are sparkling and well kept! Not only that, but the apartments are spacious, affordable and QUIET! If you're considering moving you should definitely take a look at these apartments.

I love living at Cross Hill Heights! The property is very clean and quiet. All the people I've encountered have been nice and welcoming. The Property Manager, Joe, is great at answering any questions you may have, and responds to emails very quickly. The apartments are just as beautiful as pictured online. It's a great place to call home!
