When Marc Lory and Compagnon du Devoir chefs created Frogs Bakery, the sole objective of the newly created bakery was to respect the tradition and art of making bread by fulfilling this tradition. 10 years ago, the first Sourdough starter was produced to create the first loafs. Like all the best wines and champagnes in the world, greatness comes with time.
Delicious hand crafted loaf, takes its natural shape in the oven as it rises to perfection. And certified organic! Simple, but so much flavors! Our certified organic flour and manufacturing process make the difference against everything else you ever tasted. Buckwheat based loaf with 5 different certified ORGANIC seeds: flax, sesame, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin.

Frogs Bakery has numerous cafes, restaurants and specialized markets and stores that are convinced by the quality of our products. They distribute our products as part of their menus and offerings. We are open to any distribution partnerships, whether local distribution or complete expansions to other cities or countries.

Yum! What a find. They have everything your pastry heart desires. I have had the chocolate croissant and cinnamon roll, can't really decide which one i loved more, can't go wrong with either. Super friendly staff, few tables and chairs with umbrellas to sit under. Parking available on site as well. This is the best part of my routine oil changes (shout out to Honda Guys next door).

Amazing bakery making their products with organic flour. Perfectly baked items from flakey croissants to quiches and various other breads, muffins, tarts, scones etc.
Very small bakery counter/lobby creates folks having to wait in line. Recommend going on the early side else they may run out what you are looking for. Once you start to know their products, you may want to place an order for pick up. My current favorites: Chocolate/Almond paste (Marzipan?) croissant, Apricot/Custard croissant, Lemon Blueberry scone, any of their quiches.... or seasonal bakes.

Woke up early just so I could get here and get a lot of items that sell out quickly and the lady (Eliza) is so nice, sweet and patience while I'm deciding on what I want. Nice to still go places and see that customer service is top notch. So not only is the pastries delicious and have you coming back, but the customer service as well. Highly recommend.

I had been craving pastries after watching a little too much Emily in Paris. So lucky that Yelp sent me to Frog's. Ordered way too many things because they all looked delicious through the plastic at the order window; and when you're holding them in your hands up close they are even more beautiful. I had a ham and cheese croissant and a pistachio bun. Hubby ate a cinnamon roll and mocha croissant. Everything is somehow both light and rich at the same time. The flavors are just enough to keep the pastry as the star of the show. I've already offered to pick up a big batch

The first time I tried this place they weren't Open to the Public...the next time we were in the early COVID stages...3rd time was the Charm...Charmed is the perfect word...local bakery with Great Baked Goods...the sitting area out front just makes it more charming...I had a Zucchini muffin & it was Awesome...I brought some to family and they loved them as well...Definitely stop in & find some gems!!!

Oh gosh, I'm in trouble; I just discovered this place, and I went here five times this week.
Their plain croissants are incredible. They are full of springy air pockets and buttery goodness. They motivate me to wake up in the morning just so I can get a fresh one from Frogs. I've noticed that the crispiness depends a lot on weather; I went to Frogs on a foggy morning and obviously the croissants weren't as crispy that time, but still really tasty.
Also highly recommend the quiches. The custard is perfectly seasoned and set not too soft, not too dense. The crust is flakey

Officially addicted and dreaming about when I can visit next.
I tried the plain vegan croissant, vegan almond croissant, vegan cinnamon roll, and vegan chocolate croissant.
Top favorite was the vegan almond croissant, which is filled with a decadent buttery almond spread. Also loved the plain vegan croissant. The pastries aren't overly sweet because they have that perfect level of saltiness.
Highly recommend reheating in the toaster oven/air fryer on low heat to perk up all those flaky layers.
I have nothing but high praise for a baker that can achieve crispy flaky outer layers in a VEGAN

The pastries are excellent and fresh!! The 3 stars or maybe it deserves less is the service.
I've been here 2 times and no one is there to help. The first time there were employees arriving to work in the morning. So I waited and thought once they're settled they will come and help me. The guy in the kitchen saw me and I also thought well someone is coming. No, didn't happen.
Finally after a while a girl came out to help. She's super nice but I just don't understand why so many people there see customers and don't acknowledge them or let the customer service girl

A hidden gem in Gardena but also can be found at Torrance's Tuesday & Saturday Farmer's Market.
I pretty much only go to their store location when we run out their madeleines (They're so flakey and buttery) and cookies (The pecan and the chocolate chip are our favorites so far).
The store front staff are also super friendly and have the best recommendations.

Oh my goodness, I recently discovered Frogs Organic Bakery and I'm so glad they are local so that picking up vegan croissants no longer have to be a struggle. Whole Food's vegan croissants has a weird after taste that I cannot get over, and I hated going out of my way to farmers markets in different cities to find vegan baked goods so I've been ordering online. It gets expensive because I try to make the delivery fees worthwhile by ordering a lot. Now that I've discovered Frogs, I can pick up a reasonable amount of baked goods and enjoy them while they are fresh.
