I have lived hear for 2 years now and about to sign for a 3rd year. I love the location and price is unbeatable. Granted parking can be a nightmare for some but it's not a big deal. Very quite and neighbors are nice. There is community laundry but it's not that far of a walk. Would highly recommend this place

Terrible!!! I just moved in a month ago and wish I never had! Within a week of moving in I found ticks all throughout my apartment. I had to find a something natural to get rid of then due to the fact that I have grandchildren that come over. Got rid of the ones in the house but what a hassle. I'm still finding them on the balcony so I have to be careful about even going out there. To top it off today my daughter came over to visit and I parked outside my garage to move some boxes so that I could park my daughters car in it. I walked in my apartment to grab something and came back out

Just got what tiny bit of my security deposit is left from this place. Took out $520 for carpet replacement. This is ridiculous as I am a religious vacuumer and I'm sure a thorough carpet cleaning would have done the job. There's no way we did damage enough to warrant a complete carpet replacement. The current property manager can't keep her documents straight and even though I emailed her our forwarding address she had to call me to ask for it. So disorganized and a terrible company and people running the place. I would only suggest living here if you are ok losing your entire security

The only reason I gave this place 1 star was because I couldn't give it zero stars. Easily the absolute worst place to live, and that is an understatement. Due to getting on our feet, my wife and I had no choice but to live here. I've got two years' worth of living here. Hopefully yelp doesn't have a word limit on reviews.

Terrible place to live. The washers and dryers are always broken. My garage always breaks. My water changes in pressure all the time. My dishwasher doesn't even work. My TV hookup didn't work I had to drill holes to be able to get TV. Parking it terrible on the streets and most people only get one parking spot. The manager does not care about anything you have to say. Neighbors don't get you live in an apartment and you can hear people walk and they will call the cops on you and lie. I will be out of here ASAP!! Terrible place to live!

If I can no start! So terrible!!!!!!!! I. Been. Move out by 3 months! I was not got anything back! They changed me $1000 deposit! And one month rent $1480 ！even I move out! They do not care about you! Terrible place terrible manager! You will be known if you move to here! I will find some way !will see! I will post a picture for every one too see! Lived here for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. It's a small community so you feel more comfortable and at home. There is a 24hr laundry room and a 24hr gym which are awesome. The location is great! We are technically in Oceanside but we are literally on the border of Carlsbad and Oceanside right by the mall. I used to live in Carlsbad and only moved to Oceanside to save money. I am so glad I found this place so close to Carlsbad! It only takes me a few minutes to drive to the beach!
