Great winery we got a chance to visit in the winter. Winery in the winter wonderland was perfect for what they offered! Fire pit outside, an amazing christmas-esque decor inside, a short 1 mile trail surrounding their vineyards and another 0.5 mile around their lavender gardens! I'm really not a wine person but my wife (who does enjoy wine) had an overall great time here!
Do give their Frosè a shot when you're there

Came here in the winter so obviously had a different experience (outdoor deck not open and we sat indoors), but called to make a late afternoon reservation a few days before arriving without a problem. The tasting room inside is cozy but a little crowded, but they alternate between bar tops and regular tables so it wasn't too bad. Not sure if this is the norm, but we didn't get any info/background on the vineyard/winery. I know it's not a tour but we felt like we were expected to just order without any sort of schpeal haha.

Unfortunately, the wine didn't impress us. Even their

Came here in early Summer and had a wonderful time sitting on the deck. Good idea to make reservations because it gets busy. They have open seating on the lawn, but the deck preferred with the beautiful view of the vineyards. I thought a flight of samples were fairly priced. Also check out the lavender gardens!

We LOVE Brys Winery! There’s many winery choices in the area but Brys is our favorite. Not only do we love sitting on the upper deck with a charcuterie board, a glass of wine and the great view, but we love the staff too. Naomi & Megan are so warm and welcoming. They are always smiling & happy to help. And Ernest is the best! Another reason why we keep coming back!

Beautiful views and delicious wine! We stopped here on our way back to Traverse City. They greeted us at the door with smiles. We had out 2 small kids with us and they happily welcomed us! They gave us a great table on the upper deck with an awesome view of the vines and bay. We really enjoyed their sauvignon blanc! Wine was decently priced too.

Lovely view of their vineyard down to the water. A great sit down spot where you can relax and enjoy tasting flights, charcuterie, frosé, and chocolate truffles. The staff was lovely and helpful explaining their menu. Smaller tasting menu, but it consisted of very high quality white, red, and rosé options.

Amazing vineyard and bay views from the deck - super popular photo spot and for good reason. The frosé was also wonderful with a red wine topper. Would definitely recommend reservations though!

We stopped by on a Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend and it was pretty bumping. My family went inside to get some bottles of wine to go and I surveyed the grounds. The complex is in the middle of their beautiful vineyards with a large patio for wine tasting overlooking the fields and the water. Gorgeous!

I went over to the "lawn" and saw a ton of additional seating, umbrellas, and a pop up bar so you could imbibe more casually than the formal tasting in the building. I heard the woman behind me note that they were known for their frose so of course I had to try it. And it was delicious

This place is breathtaking! My husband and I didn't have reservations but the host found us a spot on the outdoor patio and it was perfect! We snacked on the yummy charcuterie and tried different wines via the tasting tower. The Frosè is a must try! Would absolutely be back!

First time here with friends over the weekend! We found this place on Instagram and planned a trip. We are coming from SE part of Michigan and we're really looking forward to our visit. I'll start with the wine. We got a 2 tasting towers to split amongst the 5 of is since each tower held 5 each. Wines were delicious! We're also ordered 2 charcuterie boards and they were amazing! Then we each got a frosé, which was the best part of the trip.

Now let's get to the service. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. We made reservations weeks in advance. We waited for our server for 15 minutes while

If you are wine tasting on the mission peninsula, make sure to stop by this place. This place is gorgeous! Especially if you want to take pictures!

Their wines are also really really good. The Frose is highly recommended Especially on a hot summer day. You can order a flight,, and still get a decent size, it's definitely reasonable for the price.. And the charcuterie board had a perfect balance of sweet, salty and crunchy. I had a great experience there, and would highly recommend it.

If you are here, make sure to stop by the lavender farm which is 1/2 mile from here. It's not an over

This winery is I believe one of the better ones in the area. You start off with a beautiful vista and a multi-level deck for sampling wines, enjoying snacks and soaking in the beauty. Staff was all very pleasant, informative and efficient.

Brys Winery was the perfect little stop off during our road trip around the Traverse City area! We sat in a private vint room while sipping our wine flights and munching on our charcuterie board. It was super romantic, and was the perfect setting for my not-so-knowledgeable wine drinking boyfriend. We were able to taste and discuss the table in private and he was very comfortable here.
I can't wait to come back to Brys!

I always stop by Brys on a weekend trip to Traverse! You cannot go wrong with their famous Frose' which is perfect for a hot summers day. They also have a tasty charcuterie board to snack on while you sip your drinks. The view is one of the best around as well, making this spot a must stop.

The view alone makes this worth a stop on any wine tour; add in the Frosé and you're all set!
The staff was quick to seat us on the gorgeous patio. Our waitress was polite and didn't mind that it took us a few minutes to make some decisions. We even debated a charcuterie board and she offered a half version which wasn't listed on the menu and was a perfect fit!

The wines were tasty and the delivery is picture perfect.

4.5 rounding up to 5.
We loved the feel and vibe, and beautiful setting. This is one of the most scenic wineries around.
The staff were friendly and pretty efficient.
The wines were pretty good- there were some great standouts including the dry Riesling. I definitely preferred the whites over reds on the whole.

I recommend visiting on a beautiful day and enjoying the incredible view!

Nice interior decor and main entrance, quite pretty.

The deck and views over the vineyards are fantastic. It would look beautiful with the vines luscious and green in the summer months .

We got the charcuterie board ($18) with more pickles instead of salami and a spiked hot apple cider mug ($8).

The spiked apple cider has very little alcohol in it, barely discernible. My husband enjoyed it. More mulling spice spice would make it even better

Brys Vineyard was a new stop this August during a yearly Girls' TC trip. I'm not sure how we had never visited before, because what a gem! Beautiful winery, the scenery could not be more lovely, and great wine.

We had made reservations due to COVID, but I would continue to do this in the future, as to make sure to have a good table. They had wait service, I'm not sure if this is their standard procedure or COVID precautions. I really liked their menu, how they laid out their wines as well as food/snack options. Brys is one of the wineries that offers flights, with a picture perfect

Brys Estate did not disappoint! It was our first time here and every part of our visit here was amazing. They had tasting towers for $15 where you got to pick 5 wines. They arranged them from lightest/sweetest whites on the top of the tower to dryest reds at the bottom. They curated a phenomenal charcuterie board that paired wonderfully with every wine.
While we were there, it was slightly chilly and off and on rain, so they seated our reservation inside. Everyone was spaced nicely apart inside, and they treated Covid precautions with the highest regard and professionally. The staff was super

As others have recently stated, the staff is so uptight and strict about everything right now. They basically have bouncers preventing you from going inside to see the deck/view.

We had a tour with 10 people and a reservation. They still told us that we could only stay outside at the lawn bar. The "lawn bar" was just a long line where you instantly cash out and stand around.

The whole feel of this place was just off. We ended up taking our group of 10 and going to the next location early. We felt very unwelcome and couldn't believe how crowded it was. The "bouncer" would

I love surprises especially when they're as pretty as this one. One expects an understated elegance in Traverse City wineries but once in a while you're still blown away with what lies on the next bend - that my friends is the Brys Estate secret garden.

The tasting here is ice cream. The lavender lemon is a little too sour. The chocolate chip strawberry however is amazing. There's a hint of strawberry in the chocolate.

The blueberry cheesecake is a different story all together. Its heaven on earth. Its creamy gooey goodness of blueberry that's light yet filled with flavor

Brys Estate is gorgeous. The vineyard grounds are beautiful and the views are breathtaking! We booked the Wagon Wine Tour for my Mom's birthday get together this past weekend and it was awesome! A main reason why I chose this location is because of the Secret Garden. It did not disappoint. It was so lovely. I could not get over how amazing everything smelled at this Winery. Erick, our tour guide was great! He made the tour so enjoyable. It was definitely a memorable experience. Oh yeah, and you must try the Froze. Frozen pinot noir blended with strawberries. So good!!
