Our public wine tours that anyone can join in with any amount of people are operated seven days a week 361 days per year. Our tours are multiple hour tours visiting multiple establishments.

Grand Traverse Tours is terrible at booking your reservation. I reached out back in April to reserve a spot for a booking this fall. On their website it says request a reservation. I filled out the information, requested my date and vehicle size. From there I was corresponding via email with an associate. After that I spoke on the phone with someone from the company and confirmed my date time vehicle and number in my group. I confirmed my date and time via the phone conversation.
Nowhere on the website, in the email or on the phone conversation was anything explained about the necessary steps

Great wine tour company! This was our second time using them. The company was easy to work with and accommodating. The cancellation policy with ever-changing CoVID restrictions was very forgiving in the event of changes. We were able to do our wine tour last weekend in the limo bus. We requested the same driver Rebecca and she was so professional, fun, and really a delight to work with. She managed our group’s time and energy well. She took plenty of great pictures! Very enjoyable day. The vehicle was large and clean. Only hiccup was blue tooth connection on the bus was glitchy to connect despite

We had an absolutely amazing experience! Everything was handled by the company ahead of time including our reservations at the wineries. The entire event was incredibly efficient. We loved our driver Mike - he worked with the wineries to make sure we got the best service (we were expecting slow service because we had a group of 13), took group photos for us, and he made sure we were all happy and taken care of. Our whole group was so impressed by how stress free the day was, and we got to hit 4 wineries without feeling rushed. We will absolutely be booking with Grand Traverse again, especially

I wish i could rate this trip as more than 5 stars. We had Rebecca as our driver, and was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond, and made the experience unforgettable. We were there for a bachelorette party, and it could not have been better. Greg was also very helpful in the initial planning of the vineyards and reservations.

We decided to do a wine tour while on our vacation in Michigan this month. Greg was great to work with during the planning process. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, and handled our winery reservations. We chose a vehicle based on needing a van that would accommodate car seats/booster seats (the latch system was perfect in the van we rode in). Rebecca was our driver and she was wonderful! She was so personable and friendly. She took tons of pictures for us, which we really appreciated having. She also surprised us by offering to take the 3 children to find a table while we waited

I haven't even gone on the tour yet, but I wanted to take the time to write a review because I have already had a great experience.
Like everyone else, our plans got cancelled last year. Greg was super helpful , understanding, and communicative. He held our deposit in case we return this year. This year things are still different, but he has been honest about the restrictions and always answers emails within a few hours or calls. He also has ensured that even with the restrictions, we will be getting a great tour and experience out of the trip. I am very looking forward to utilizing their services

Our driver, Rebecca, was wonderful! She is professional, funny, helpful, and delightful.
We had booked the limousine for a friend’s birthday wine tour, and we had a fabulous time with her driving. She gave the birthday girl balloons before we left, and it was a great start to a fun day!

I can’t speak highly enough of Grand Traverse Tours. Greg went above and beyond to take care of us. We had the absolute best time on our tour, it was the highlight of our trip! He was very responsive while I was planning our tour, and so knowledgeable of area. Our vehicle was immaculate and Greg provides exceptional service. My family and I really enjoyed his company, too. We can’t wait to return!

When I called to schedule a tour the staff was very helpful. Our group rented a condo so they suggested a good pickup location for us. They answered all my questions and sent out information via email promptly. We had a wonderful time on our tour. Our driver Rick was great he was professional friendly and helpful. He called before our pickup time to give us the details we needed. He was great at taking group photos for us. He was a great driver never felt unsafe on the road.
