I live here and I will be moving after my lease is up , there is good and bad with these apartments
Good things:
High kitchen ceiling (sloped) good size master bedroom, 2nd bedroom is more like an office size , washer /dryer hook ups and a garage
Bad things:
Face plates on cabinets which are not drawers slide so not secured, molding everywhere is falling off and not secured properly, air conditioners are older and noisy, none of the windows open at all, the patio or entrance is shotty , and the walk way is uneven or broken.
in my opinion I think it’s way over priced at $860 a month for how

I have lived here happily for almost three years!
Management and maintenance are rise above the crowd! They are definitely motivated to make sure the residents at Sheffield are happy with their choice to live there. My experiences with the management team and maintenance department have been 100% no matter what my request might be.
The property is kept beautifully and is super pet friendly! No, I was not prompted to write this, I just think it's a great place to live:)
