Overall good safe and reliable as well as affordable. Close to everything. People respecting privacy. The only issue that there may be smokers and the apartments close together with nonsmoking residents. Other than that all needs are met and all basic requirements. Some updates could be provided with official contact but everybody is polite and respectful.

I'm actually worried about the leasing manager taking my negative review out on me. But, I believe people need to know what they're getting themselves into before they move here. The previous property manager was absolutely wonderful, she was nice, organized and would get problems solved asap. The new property manager doesn't seem to care about her job, she comes in late, leaves early every day, is extremely disorganized, she's unfair to tenants, and is the worst person to try to communicate with. I lived here for 4 months without working faucets due to hard water build up, took maintenance forever

Nicholas sq. Is a great place to live. The staff are quick to fix problems. I have found them to be professional and friendly. Everything is organised and clean. It is very quiet here even though it is kid and pet friendly.
There is a bike and hike trail through the cornfields and wetlands behind the units, providing a quiet country feel while being very close to shopping and dining too.

I love living here! When I first moved in they were a little unorganized but they have come a long way! I have never had to wait on maintenance and they seem to really care. Oh and totally sound proof townhouses. My neighbor had 2 toddlers, a cat, and a dog and I ever heard a thing. I can kinda hear people going upstairs on the other side but that is nothing.

!!!!!!!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! Wish there was a no star to select! Both cars broken into one car vandalized along with multiple other people cars! No parking! No privacy! Nothing gets fixed! Absolutely hands down worst place I've ever lived at! Neighbors are absolutely nasty! Workers knock one time then walk right in! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!
