DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If you want to deal with drama and never be left alone then this is the place for you. These people in the office will harass you despite paying your rent every month on time. When we first moved in the floors were creaking which caused the downstairs neighbors to complain. Then the complex wanted us to move because of there mistake. Solution was a few staples in the carpet but they couldn’t have the intelligence to figure this out. That was a three month battle for a five minute fix. We moved in Parkway Village in Summer of 2020 and it was a great place to live. The units are a tad higher in price than others in the Columbus area, but being nestled in to Grove City with access to a beautiful exercise path, plentiful stores and restaurants within walking distance and easy access to 71 made it worth it. John and Samantha (the managers of the apartment complex) were amazing and quickly solved any issues we had. For example, our AC was not working well on a hot weekend in August and they gave us two floor AC units while we waited for a professional to come take a look at the AC

No smoking on their PROPERTY! If a friend or family member smokes in your apartment or outside, you WILL be evicted. Also $1200. And up a Month. My parents live there. It used to be nice, but, the new regulations would be really hard on a smoker like me. But, do your own research, you might like it! Especially if you don't smoke! ;)

The location is quiet and beautiful. The apartment complex is employed by amazing people. John and Sam are wonderful people. Once you bring something to their attention, they address it within a reasonable time frame. They also do small little appreciations for their tenants. Such as ice cream socials during the summer my son loves it! You’ll also get flyers about changes or even about little contests they hold there sometimes in the office. This is a wonderful place to live. My young children and I were very happy here until we were ready to move into a house. The community is lovely, people are friendly and the amenities are fantastic. We used the jungle gym, pool and fitness center every week and they were always clean and in top condition. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is just caring, helpful and responsive. I cannot say enough good things!

My husband and I lived on a first floor apartment with Parkway Village for over a year, we really appreciated the efficiency of how the staffing was run; anytime we had an issue with lights or other minor things with the apartment it was always quickly and efficiently resolved! The area itself was very nice to live in, and it was quiet area. With my husband and I working polar opposite schedules with was heaven-sent as we had at least one of us sleeping all hours of the day! I can't say enough good things about the apartments or the management and staffing! Great people and great place to live

As it returns to winter again in Grove City, I am reminded of just hope great it has been to live here for the last year and a half. My fiancee and I moved in two summer's ago as we came to Columbus for work and continued schooling. John is suing my dead mother for breaking lease bc she died....arlene shields lived at 4363 glengold drive since 2008-2009ish She was well loved by her neighbors. Who I know well. . We had to pack the place… up. He agreed to that. He told me I needed fill out an application bc i was illegal to even just stay at her apartment temporarily as i did bc I was up and down from nc helping take care of her. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice rental in a great area! The staff were all very helpful. In particular, the office manager John is fantastic. I can't say good enough things about this place. The workout facility and pool are nice. The on-site car wash and vacuums are great too!

I have lived here for 6 months and couldn't be happier! The staff is amazing. There are always events and drawings for fun stuff going on. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This is the most pet friendly place I have ever lived and my 2 dogs and I always feel welcome to pop into the office for a treat. My neighbors are great and I feel like everyone looks out for you. The perks like the gym, heated pool and car wash are just the icing on the cake.

I have been a resident here since March of 2016 and I absolutely love it here. It is quiet and the neighbors are so friendly.
The office Managers are genuinely friendly and will do what they can to help you.
Hat's off to the maintenance crew, once you put in a work order ticket the job is taken care of quickly. If they can not get to it that same day, they will be here the next.
I have had nothing but good things since I have moved here.

Parkway Village offers a variety of options in floor plans and leases. In the Grove City area, this is the best apartment community to live in. It's a very peaceful setting that really is "park" like but is also close to all the shops and restaurants. It's also close to major highways for those who commute to Columbus. Apartment was very clean and the complex offers nice amenities, including a car wash! The staff are amazing! Jen, Debbie and John were all very friendly and easy to work with.
