Had an EMERGENCY and there was no Hospitality from the woman who told us to leave. We were there 10 minutes. Don't ever expect any help from that over weight KAREN

I don’t Recommend renting at Lakes at Ashton Village at all my brother lives there now and they get complaints left and right from noise complaints when it’s not them about music when they have a new born baby so clearly they aren’t the ones playing music to loud even when he’s called and complained to them about loud music also When he puts in maintenance request they come in and say they fix it and it still broken

I really like the fact that Ashton Lake apartments have a few fishing ponds and the fitness center is finally open. My experience has been positive so far.The equipment is dated but it gets the job done.

They have bumped the rent up ridiculously, the pet policy is insane, the staff will try to squeeze every penny they can from you, and the apartment is very low quality, getting out of here as soon as I can, look elsewhere, please! Also they are screwing people with a pandemic going on.

Very nice apartments and friendly neighborhood. They have upped the rent twice since moving here which has only been one year and just sighed for the second year so that part sucks

We have lived here before with zero problems so we decided to move here again. This time we have been here a year and there were really know problems until new people moved in upstairs and their kid or kids were constantly stomping and running around every single day from 6am-8am then when they would get home around 5pm-11pm! Called the office also wrote a complaint and have not heard back from anyone, so I go in today to talk to the manager again and I get told she's on vacation (when I called Friday I was told she would be back Monday) and that she won't be back until the first of the year. So
