I was a tenant at Villa West in a two-bedroom apartment for two years. My roommate and I had no complaints about our time there until we moved out. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly, the apartment met our needs, and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe.
We were given a physical copy of a cleaning list before we vacated, and were told Villa West could take care of carpet cleaning for a $125 reduction from our deposit, to which we agreed. When we vacated, we had deep cleaned the apartment(following the list's expectations), did not leave behind any furniture or trash, and did not have

I give it a 4.75 stars, it seems like a nice and well maintained from what I can seen, some of the people seem nice and friendly. No one really spoke to me, but I can tell it was a chillaxing place when I was their helping someone move in over there. Nothing really bad too say. It wasn't easy at all to get big items up the stairwell, because the stairwell was so tight, other than that just a good place to live. 👍👍

I NEVER leave reviews. In fact, I think this is my first Google review ever. Please do yourself a favor and do not move here. The pictures you see of the property are very old so the apartments do not really look that nice inside, and the walls are paper thin. They will be helpful and kind until you sign the lease because all they care about is your money. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the management of an apartment complex. I greatly regret moving here and will be very happy once I leave.

These apartment and townhomes are a great place to live. They are located right next to everything you could need. The homes are kept well. When their is an issue, maintenance issue, it is taken care of quickly and professionally. It is a friendly neighborhood. I would recommend Villa West to anyone.

I just moved out from Villa West apartment recently (stayed around 3 months) which is very short span of time. The positive side is decent apartment and access to near by stores. Negative side is hectic exit process. Because they were charged 4 months of rent $ 3104 when leaving from an apartment along with they charged me $ 165 for carpet clearing from my total security deposit amount $ 400. This is very disappointing to me since I was staying at apartment very short span of time. I hope they look for ways to drain you of your deposit! I am still checking with them to reduce/refund the carpet

Decent part of town and around a lot of businesses. Management can be very rude and unhelpful. At many times it's hard to get a hold of them, unless you physically walk into the office. They are supposed to change the air filters every 3 months when they come in for pest control so we assumed they did until we moved out. We pulled the air filter out to find at least 1/2 an inch of think dust covering the filter. The townhomes have terrible installation with the main reason being the windows and doors. My car was broken into in broad daylight and they said they would increase security after that

Nice and decent place to live. Very warm and welcoming when you move-in. Make a note of nook and corner while moving in and send a note to the leasing office for any damages. At times it would be difficult to reach the apartment manager as she might be busy. Rest all good. Maintenance crew is responsive. I had a nice stay of 30 months there and no major complaints. While moving out please be very cautious and mindful to see that things are right because you might be charged more than a few extra bucks!
