Pretty much the best real estate place ever. They also have rentals, which is where I lived. We rented an apartment and it was such a good location. They rent outside the Seattle area as well, we were in Bothell. I also want to say that they are so understanding and are helpful! We ended up moving pretty short notice and they were so nice about it. Theron was our agent and was always helpful and responded it every question that we had in a very timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been a business tenant with WPI for over 9 years. They have been the perfect landlord for me and my company. Allison and Shiao-Yen have been friendly, responsive, and reasonable.
What I personally look for in a landlord is someone who can help me when I need them, is friendly and professional, but mostly leaves me to do what I need to do. WPI has been exactly that.

I worked with Allison Chen who was very competent, knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to help me. UPS delivered my furniture on a Saturday and so it was left in the front lobby. Allison helped me carry the sofas to my office, even though she did not have to do that. They are very flexible and accommodating towards the tenants.
