Literally and I mean this with all honesty the WORST apartment experience I’ve ever had in my 20 years of life!!! AC is controlled by apartments complex and it gets sooo hot they don’t care I don’t understand why pay for the AC when you can’t even change it to your liking had our window smashed into when I was 8 months pregnant two rat infestation and all around horrible place to live in don’t get me started on the towing with all the money they make with the towing you would think they’ll clean up after the apartment complex more or fix the problems but nope again horrible horrible

We have been here since last year in March at first everything was ok and than things started to mess up and they never fixed and yes the ac is controlled by the office or corporate and it gets really hot in the apartment. Also been getting our car towed and if you have guest they will have there car towed as well . Since COVID started we lost our job and we were trying to get help with the rent and no one to this day have tried to help , I’m now working again but we are very backed up on rent and the office doesn’t care and are trying to evict us by may 7th. These apartments should be last

I fulfilled my lease and trying to move the manager onsite wouldn't sign give my rental history to another apartment rent always on time lease is up on 10/31/2020 wants me to pay my rent 4 October n i justed paid it 4 September called about the mold in my bathroom black mold i called back in April n called 2 times my special needs child is breathing that in her lungs.

Villa Bella was definitely a home away from home for an out of state guy like me, I was there for a year and just recently moved back home. my time there was good in that no one bothered me. i was in and out no hassle from rowdy neighbors or issues with the office. I'd recommend Villa Bella apartments for anyone who is looking for YOU time and a place to call your own and rest your head. worked for me!

With my lease ending soon I needed to find a place that was close to my job and affordable as well. After setting up an appointment with Alyssa I came in and she was really upbeat and made me laugh a lot, I felt so at home. after touring the model and talking pricing with Alyssa a new that this would be a good fit for me. I'd like to thank Alyssa for being answering all my questions and for treating me like a friend. I will be moving in Mid November.

Very new to the apartment search and just kind of been looking around. not one place has treated me the way the ladies at Villa Bella apartments have. They were nice funny and knowledgeable which was refreshing. Their prices are really good and the area is convenient because i work so close. The apartments are older, I believe the receptionist stated they were built in the 1970's which sparked my interest since i have a love for vintage feels, non the less I suggest going and paying them a visit. you won't be disappointed with customer service.

BED BUGS! we lived here and are extremely clean had all brand new stuff and we ended up having to trash it all cause they had bed bugs. After we moved out we left it spotless. They lied to us from the beginning and robbed us of our deposit. They should all be ashamed of how they treat their residents.
