I have been SkinProLogica's customer for many years. Very loyal to them.
After covid lockdowns it was my first time today. Made an appointment couple weeks ago.
I asked the laser technician if she is vaccinated before our appointment and she said she is not and it's not mandated by NY state. This is true it's not mandated but I am puzzled why a technician who is going to be in a small room with a client for about 1 hour will be not vaccinated.
They mentioned I should have requested that when getting the appointment.

I love this place. The staff is super nice and professional, they’re also very accommodating. I have gotten various facials here and the results are amazing. I also purchased a laser hair removal package and honestly, they are one of the best for laser treatments. Most places give you a rush job, not them. Thank you ladies for providing excellent service.

Yesterday my Fiancé and I had a amazing experience with Ramona, she did my fiancé's first laser hair removal session, I must say she was super informative and her energy was excellent. We were more than comfortable with her. Soon after his session Ramona squeezed me in for a quick consultation for myself. The staff was warm and welcoming. This place is great, I've been coming for here for my Velashape III treatment. I'm really happy with the service and my results so far. Lynette is really friendly, she answered all of my questions and walked me through the procedure. She is very knowledgeable and confident in her craft. This is my second session and I am already seeing results, my skin is smoother and my cellulite is less visible. I'm really happy I chose Skinprologica for my treatments. I highly recommend them!

Rude and unprofessional staff, unfriendly, they do not provide enough information on the fact that you have to always sign forms about your health before every procedure. They did it state this clearly and gave me attitude when I stated that I already signed it twice. Why must I get treated badly when all I did was ask question and state that I already filled out these forms twice. Anyways I won't be returning here, because I don't think

WOW everything about my experience here was wonderful! I started off pre-buying a treatment that I learned afterwards wasn't the best for my skin goals. I reached out to Camila, the owner, and she and I met and sat down and worked out a treatment that would work for me. She took her time and explained everything to me, teaching me more skincare and showing me that she really cared about me getting results. Illegal (I will call NYS Professions Monday) and poor results as expected. First the employees are not NP or Physician Assistant to be performing fillers, IPL, botox (services that go beyond the dermis). They list themselves as LME. I went in for an IPL, the esthetician performed the procedure in 5 minutes. I asked if she was going to change the settings and work on the broken capillaries she said no thats another procedure and its $350(it's the same machine!!). I've been coming to this salon for quite a while for Demalinfusion and laser resurfacing. The staff is super friendly and professional and their services are fantastic! Every time I leave my skin is glowing and feels smooth and fresh for several days! I've noticed quite a difference after just two laser treatments, my pores have shrunk and overall my skin just feels great!
I've experienced it once that I booked an appointment and the laser wasn't working, but they comped me the dermalinfusion which is more than I expected!

I came here For a chemical peel and the silk peel. I had Allana (I think that was her name). She was quiet but I didn’t mind. After the peels, I had noticed a sore, painful red spot on my skin. She had burnt my skin. I do not have sensitive skin. When I went back the next week, I was sitting the lobby and she literally walked passed me and did not even acknowledge me or speak to me about my burn. (Bedside manner: 0) Nor did she give me instructions for before and after, which was a fault on their part. They also forgot to include the free sheet mask.

I never considered laser until a week ago, when my sister had her first session and a girlfriend who is a loyal customer here, told me about her very positive experience. They had a Groupon deal going, so I figured to give it a shot before my upcoming extended holiday.
What a pleasant surprise!
So quick and the pain was very minimal. I wish I did this years ago honestly.
I saw Julitssa, who was incredibly professional, courteous and pleasant. Her technique, really made it a quite comfortable experience.
