The Fairways At Raccoon Creek

Fairways at Raccoon Creek is our second home here in Colorado, and by far a marked improvement in quality, care, and communication! We love our clean, open, bright apartment that truly feels like home. Since moving in, we've quickly come to enjoy Monday night Food Trucks and have met some neighbors there. I've yet to dip my toe in the hot tub (open year round) but love watching the steam in the mornings when going for early morning work outs at the fitness center, which is stocked with my fave - a rowing machine! My dog has almost died multiple times here due to their negligence.
Today we went into the dog park area, and part of the fence, which is apparently a gate, was wide open. A huge 15 ft wide gate in the fence was wide open to the busy street. I was able to run over and save my dog from being hit by a car, but barely. I closed the lockless gate myself.
Not to mention that the grounds keeping company that they hire is always spraying poison on the grass in the dog park without notification. This has happened multiple times, which could have also caused my dog’s sickness and/or death very easily

MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE!!! As of today it's been 4 days since my a/c stopped working and temps are in the 90's now and tomorrow. I've made numerous calls to have it repaired and nothing, management here is almost non existent. If you want lazy and incompetent maintenance people this is your complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. The one star I rated this place should be negative 3 stars this place is an absolute JOKE!!!!

I was locked inside my apartment because there was a problem with the front door that hadn't happened before. I called the front office and they had a maintenance member here in 5-10 minutes. He had to get some tools because it wasn't an easy fix. Once he had the tools and parts he did a great job and my front door works better than before now. The maintenance team here is top notch!

The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is excellent. Unfortunately the office staff makes living here almost unbearable. In my 4 years of living here they have failed to find a parking system that doesn’t screw over the residents. In total my personal car and guest car have been booted over 5 times. Each time costs $100.00 to get your car un-booted. I live here and have a resident’s parking pass hanging in my car.
The office staff has always been very disrespectful and show no empathy when asking for help with the parking situation. They have threatened to call the police on me

I have lived at Fairways at Raccoon Creek for 2 years. I love my apartment, it is peaceful and very quiet.
My neighbors seem very happy to call Fairways their "home". I also want to thank 2 maintenance men,
Aree and Tyler. They really care and always so kind!
They are truthful about how and when your repairs will be made. I believe they are a treasure and I know I am not alone.

I truly enjoy the location and community! I want to give an extra shout out to Aree, the exemplary member of the grounds maintenance team, who for the past two years (since I've lived here) has demonstrated excellent quality of work, superb professionalism, and such a kind, delightful demeanor! Additionally, Denise and Jennifer who keep the front office running are truly outstanding as well!

Lived here for a year and am definitely staying longer. Great floor plan, and really nice grounds. As far as parking, never had an issue and yes sometimes when it’s late I have to park a little further away... no big deal

I simply can’t say enough about my children & my experience here so far (going on the second lease). The office is incredibly responsive, knows my kids and pets my dog. Just a really good group of people. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. A great group of friendly professionals that will get things back to working order much quicker than expected (every time).

Management is very nice and gets things done quickly and so does maintenance. The apartments are nice but if someone lives above you it can be very noisy. If you live on top of the car garages that can be very loud as well. It is a spacious apartment but insulation is not very good it gets really cold in the winter and the walls are paper thin as you can hear people talking outside and vise versa. If noise doesn’t bother you it is a decent place to live.
