Mary is a great realtor. We tried someone else who wasn’t getting it done and saw a friend that worked with Mary so we gave her a try. Through working with Mary in this tough market found a great house and got a great deal that Mary was instrumental in helping negotiate. Once upon a time (read: January 2021) the wife and I decided to see what the LA housing market was all about after trying to find any sort of 3BR rental that didn't 2-3X our monthly housing costs. We met Mary at the first house we looked at in Highland Park and quickly realized that we were completely in over our head. Mary was friendly and patient as she took the time to talk us back from the cliff. We had a good connection with her and decided to continue to work with here. Mary handled our sale from start to finish with excellence, confidence, authenticity, and competency. She was incredibly personable and exceptionally responsive (even at the most random hours of the day for some of the simplest questions or concerns). As first time home buyers, Mary made the process very easy and pressure free. She doesn't just care about finding you a house, she cares about finding you the RIGHT house. She genuinely listened to our comments and requests at each showing and applied them to future showing. She also gave us space to talk and flexibility. Communication is her strong point.
