We no longer offer any vacation rentals. However, we recommend you to any rental agency on Perdido Key - as most offer vacation rentals. We rented a local condo through Perdido Sand Realty, Inc. (PSRI). During our lease Hurricane Sally hit the area and several of the complexes and subdivisions PSRI oversee. We found PSRI's response exceptionally timely with their staff arriving almost immediately after the storm passed ready to begin mitigation of the grounds including the interior of our unit. Property managers often receive bad reviews; that should not be the case for PSRI. They are a well run operation that prides itself on their service. We highly recommend them for their outstanding service and attention to detail!

I began using Perdido Sand Realty in 2011 to oversea my investment property. Up until 2020 my experience with them had been rather nice. When my tenant moved out earlier this year I decided it was time to sell. The tenant left the house with several thousand dollars in damage. Aside from withholding their security and pet deposits, Perdido Sand Realty did nothing else to help me to recover money. If you are a tenant, you should avoid renting any property these people manage. I spent almost as much money that they took from out of my security deposit making sure the house and property were in great condition. They will nickel and dime you on everything to get as much of your security deposit as possible. I have rented from many other rental companies and landlords and have never seen such egregious charges for my security deposit before. My advice if you do rent from them, take pictures of literally everything you can upon move out and hope for the best. It still won't be enough though.

I rented a property from Perdido Sand Realty while waiting to buy a home. I had nothing but positive experiences with this company and especially the owner, Beth. Any issues that arise, we’re taking care of immediately and professionally. I know they expect a lot out of their renters and this only goes to show how well they take care of the properties that they manage and also to make sure that their renters have the best possible places to live as well. I would not hesitate to go through Perdido Sand Realty again if I ever needed to rent again.

Stay the hell away from this company ! They’re the WORST!!! Here are some picture from the yard ! I cut and trim before I moved from this property !! And they got the nerves to said they paid someone $250.00 to… clean when I got picture of everything ! Naylor lawn service $275.00 !! they got the nerves to charge me for a remote to the garage that I return with the keys.!!dude Michael as soon as my daughter pull up to Perdido sand Realty came outside and snatched the envelope out of my daughters hand ! Do not rent from Perdido Sands Reality! Last summer my AC stopped working in Aug. It took 3 weeks for PSR to get someone out to fix it. Over 100 degrees in my condo; I could not sleep at night. I was concerned for my privacy and safety as a young woman renting from them. One day I was alone in my condo, and napping in my room. Next thing I know, I hear a group of men unlocking my door and coming inside. PS Reality did NOT notify me in advance that construction workers had access to my private condo, OR that work was to be done on my unit that day. I could have been indecent! I feared from that

I do not recommend using this company as far as Property Management goes I am an owner of a condo at Harbour Pointe Condominiums and Ted the manager verbally attacked me on the phone to where I feel threatened in my own home. I am feeling unsafe and do not trust him at all, he is very unprofessional.

Disclaimer: this review is geared towards the actual service with Perdido Sand and not the property we stayed at. That experience was better than dealing with the actual realty, and at best would still get 2-3 stars.
Perhaps myself and my roommates did not have an expensive enough property to earn the top-priority communication from the realty staff; with that we tried to contact them on multiple occasions in reference to our lease/property only to get a short worded reply days later if any at all.

Manager showed us a house that already had 2 approved applications in on. We drove all the way from Navarre to look at this house that we were ready to rent on the spot, never said anything until after showing me the house. As we walk out others were pulling up to view. Really?? Why not tell me that before I drove all that way for nothing! Not to mention he was rude during the showing.

I'm going to have to say, truly one of the worst businesses I've ever had to come across. Whether talking on the phone, filing a discrepancy, or just trying to find out why your mail isn't being sent to your residence anymore because they blocked it bc you're about to move, these guys show zero costumer service and care! I had mistakenly left some home made items there when I moved out and of course they just threw them away. I was one of Ted's original clients. He and his team managed my property for over 10 years and brokered the sale this summer. As a military member who was often unavailable to personally check up on my property, I trusted Ted and his team implicitly to look after my property and I was never disappointed. He was always available to provide updates and ensured necessary repairs were economical and completed in an expeditious manner. I have known Ted since flight school and in fact was one of his first rental properties over 10 years ago. I bought my first home from a realtor around the corner from them and it was a terrible mistake that landed me in court to evict squatters. We continue to use Perdido Sand as our management firm. These folks are salt of the earth, I know personally that both Ted and Beth work their fingers to the bone not only managing but maintaining their clients properties.
