We lived in Unit X. After moving out we were told we were due $399 from our initial deposit after they finished the move out.
It is now December and that was July. Brandon in the office keeps telling my son it will be a few days. We don't make the checks out. That is another company. This is ridiculous!
We expect what we are owed just as they do. Supposedly Brandon claimed the check was recut but still nothing. We have given them our address in person and called. Still nothing. My next step will be my attorney for advice since the office keeps telling my son the same bs and never returns my more

Truly the worst maintenance staff i have ever experienced. My problems are always going to be fixed "first thing tomorrow" even though its been literally 3 months since the maintenance request. The only way I have gotten any amount of attention is by threatening to take them to small claims court. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE THIS IS NOT IT.

Deserves no stars, this place looks like it was built on a budget of $20 and some old wood found next to the road, my favorite experience from my year there was the day i moved out. mold in the bathrooms, would ignore any requests to fix my dishwasher for 3 months, maintenance people found trash from past tenants behind the fridge and kicked it into the corner of the room like no one would find it there, left old plumping water all over the floor and would show up at random times without a notice. the carpets had never been cleaned literally ever. so many bugs, the baseboards don’t even come

0 STARS!!!! I moved out in 1 week from renting here, they will show you the clean model but my apt actually was infested with ROACHES!!!!! I used 3 bottles of bug spray in 3 days…ceilings was moldy & I was coughing crazy, also they was holding my deposit & not answering their phone, very unprofessional. The apts should be tore down for the wildlife it inhibits

WORST apartments in OKC. First of all, they have a roast infestation. 2nd they will not tell you this before you move in. To get ride of the roaches they ultimately have to rip the walls down. Which they will not do because they are CHEAP and money HUNGRY! They will owe you money and say it’s coming next week, and a month goes by and you still won’t have your money. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It’s cheap for a reason. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Not a healthy living condition for seniors, young adults, college students, or children. Such a shame they are still in business..

Serenity and no gossipers. my neighbors are great and friendly. I love the sunrises from the east and and I am facing south and can still see the sunset from my unit. peaceful other than it is close to the highway. I don't mind the highway unless I am outside the balcony watching the birds, monarch butterfly and Dragonflies. there are few birds I watched and listening to nature.

It's very quite, have not had any issues with the other tenants and the apartment was fairly clean upon move in. However I do think the property is understaffed for the amount of residents they have living here. It can take awhile for them to address any issues because of not enough staff. With that said they do get the problems fixed and are very friendly and professional about it. The office staff are very friendly as well. Overall the past 2 months have been really great.

I'm not sure how this place has more than one star. When we moved in and filled out our move in inspection form we noted that there was holes in the walls, roaches, a missing smoke detector, the exhaust for the dryer was leaking into the apartment, it was left filthy from the previous tenants, the walls were stained, the a/c would never reach 75 so it was literally always running, and many other issues. We were told to circle the ones that were most important and those would be addressed asap. It has been two months now and not a single item on the list has been fixed. We have called and they have

If I could give zero stars I would. My first year here was fine. The second year, however, was AWFUL. Roaches - addressed months too late and too little done. Unprofessional office staff. They took weeks to fill out papers for a place I was moving to out of state, so I lost that opportunity. Then, when we moved out, they charged me 625 DOLLARS for “damages and cleaning”. Blinds that were broken due to being installed next to door knobs, shower doors that are IMPOSSIBLE to clean thoroughly, and routine cleaning that is required of any apartment complex when someone moves out. This is probably hands-down the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s very quiet and clean, all maintenance issues have been addressed promptly with respectful staff in your apartment, and the young men in the front office Brandon, Konner & Nash, are very professional, kind & efficient at their job. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new place!!!

They never answer their phones, and when you leave a message, they never call you back. They're trying to tell me that I never paid my deposit, but my bank statement as of Monday says that I did. Multiple calls, emails, and visits about the matter, even to the point of getting my dad involved, have done nothing to get this issue resolved. Management and staff here are among the most incompetent that I've met. They all need to be fired and replaced ASAP.

I have lived here for about four months and it has been pretty great! Any maintenance issues or general questions has been handled in a timely and professional manner and one of my favorite things is the environment. Living in the ‘Forest’ has its pros and cons being so close to nature for bugs however the upside is the beauty in itself and the staff is very helpful and informative!!! Love how they go out of their way with giveaways & contests !!! 🤠

Living here was an absolute nightmare. They seemed nice until we signed the lease. They assured us the apartment was move in ready. It was not. Our washer and dryer didn’t work. Our dishwasher had issues shutting. Our AC was broken for at least 3 months in the summer. We didn’t get a receipt when we paid our rent and they made us pay twice for the… same month.
