Anu began as a personal trainer at the Q health club in Houston. From 2001 to 2011 she was an independent personal trainer for private clients in the inner loop Houston area. In 2011 she moved to Lakeway and became certified as a wellness coach to further help her clients achieve and sustain their health goals.
I want to help people get over their past frustrations and/or limitations by educating them in what works for their bodies. And, most importantly, driving them to success today and keeping them on the road of fitness in the future.

I have not utilized a personal trainer before so I have nothing to which I can compare my experience. However, I have lost about 22 pounds and about 4 inches in my waistline and have much better strength & endurance. Anu is an easy-going and professional trainer to work with. I would suggest that you can be confident in connecting with her as I have and I will continue to refer people that want to look and feel better to achieve fitness.
That will vary depending on several factors. It will come down to how many days a week you are lifting weights, doing cardiovascular exercise, and other physical activities and at what intensity. This is a common misconception among many women, which should be the least of their concerns. Fat takes up five times the amount of space as muscle and by replacing fat with muscle, you will actually be smaller, yet firmer.
Anu Morgan grew up in Glendale Heights, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Early on she became very interested with human anatomy and health and fitness. Anu later attended the University of Illinois where she was awarded a B.S. in biology in 1997. In 1998 Anu worked as a weight loss consultant with a major national weight loss center.

I've been working with Anu Morgan for over 6 weeks and she absolutely knows how to get results. She creates a program that fits your individual needs and level. What's even better, she has her own studio you can go to or she can come directly to you which saves you a gym membership. Summer is here....give her a call
