This property is horrendous I advise anyone looking for an apartment to skip over this one and the one next door since they are ran by the same people. Office staff is very unprofessional. Work orders will be put off for weeks. Maintenance staff do as they please. I have stayed all in the bad parts of Macon and thought that by moving here my family would be more secure and safe but that is definitely far from the case. All this property cares about is money they do not care about the tenants or the tenants well being. I wish I could rate this property zero stars

RUNN AWAY FROM THIS place ! Full of it ! Staff very unprofessional!! I stayed here for a year just moved out. The maintenance was sorry except if it was a hazardous emergency . Bugs are TERRIBLE!! They add on unnecessary fees and not even worth it ! Only good thing about the apartment it was very spacious but I’ve had many issues !

The good thing I can say is my apartment is spacious and I like the option to hook up my own washer and dryer. The area is nice especially being close to the highway. But the front office is unprofessional and does not respond to phone calls or emails. As mentioned by others, maintenance requests take several days and multiple attempts to contact someone. Also the place is bug infested no matter how many times they spray, have to take matters in your own hands. They come through the cracks in the doors and windows. I would not recommend.

Worst apartment I have had to live in. Shockingly unprofessional and effort levels. The first thing I saw when I got my key was a maintenance worker in my apartment because it wasn't ready. They promised to come back but never did. There is paint all over the floors and appliances in every room because they are too cheep to get professional help and too lazy to clean up their mess. When I had a major leak under my kitchen sink it took them a week and a half after three maintenance request and phone calls to get them to come out, and they didn't even try to fix the water damage left behind. I currently 2020, live in these apartments. I've been here 6 years, management changed and the customer service is horrible and it takes TOO long for maintenance to fix issues. Yet the rent goes up each year and buildings are falling apart. The water it turned off often hours at a time....sometimes with a notice on your doors after the fact or not at all.
The office staff is horrible, very unorganized. Tell you one thing, but do another.

This apartment complex is horrible. Trash is always piling up in the compactors. The apartments constantly needs repairs. Maintenance has to “order” items for every little maintenance issue. They always need to “turn off the water” for plumbing issues. Don’t walk away from this place , run as fast as you can!!!

This is the most bug infested rat infested apartment I have EVER lived in. They do handle pest control but they "don't want the harmful chemicals near where we sleep"... I would much rather deal with the chemicals than waking up with spiders and or roaches right by my head or crawling on my arm.
It is also LOVELY to be enjoying an evening on your porch and having five or more roaches just crawling around at all times like they aren't afraid of humans at all. It is gross and so embarrassing to have people over with this sort of infestation.
