The front desk lady was very sweet, but The doctor was half an hour late, when she finally arrived she didn’t even introduce herself and left me again for a 15 minute phone call. I went in for a non surgical nose job consultation and she said that my nose had a “HUGE BUMP” and “too droopy”, she also said that “only surgery can save me”. My nose isn’t even bad at all i just wanted the slightest tip lift. Overall that was a horrible experience, she was beyond rude and unprofessional.

This review is based on my initial experience trying to schedule an appointment. I booked an appointment yesterday online for today at 6PM which was available on their website. I called afterwards to confirm because the email confirmation didn't state time or address. The woman on the phone said they only had a 3pm available. I said the earliest I can go is 6pm which is what I booked. She asked again if I can instead come at 4 or 530 which I responded no. She then said to come at 6pm after all. I received a call at 7AM this morning from someone else at Pure Medspa, canceling my appointment

1-On th phone they told me they had a special:
$149. for 20 unit Botox and $600 for both cheek fillers. I double checked the cost three times but each time they quoted the same prices.
But when I went there for my appointment, after waiting exactly for one hour, Their "nurse" called me in. She explained that the cost of 20 unit botox would be $400. and the injecting filler for my each cheek would be $600.
2- I asked the " nurse" about the botox. She showed me an opened used bottle and told me that they mix their own botox

I had my first ever Botox and lip filler done by Dr.Kowalski. She was very patient and explained everything, she also made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately I am one of the rare instances and I experienced a severe reaction to the lip filler. The next morning my lips were super swollen and I called pure med spa as soon as they opened. Dr.K reached out to me right away and was able to assist me. Less than 5 days and my swelling is fully gone and my new lips look amazing.

I visited Pure Med Spa today after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. I had read a few negative reviews about their customer service; however, my experience was absolutely positive.
The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, the doctor was professional and detail oriented. The special for Botox was a great value at $7.50 a unit.
I will definitely be back and highly recommended them.

I've had a wonderful experience so far at Pure medical spa. I've gotten 4 laser treatments so far by Stephanie, she's great and it's pretty painless and the results have been gradual but noticeable. What really has me excited about Pure medical spa and the work I'm having done there is my lips. I've been SO self conscious about my face since I was little. I'm an adult now and still I struggle because when I look in the mirror I don't see what I want to see. But last Thursday, Nurse Juan Carlos gave me my first syringe of Restalyne in my lips. When it comes to a procedure like this, for me at least

My review is specific to how terrible their scheduling is. My husband and I have been trying to schedule appointments and I am not sure if it is because we have a Groupon that the scheduling has been so poorly handled/disorganized or if this is how the business opperates. Their website doesn't match their availability when you call in and they seem to have issues scheduling appointments. When we first called to schedule, the gentleman, so kind, but kept making mistakes (mixing my husband and I up on when we want to schedule, then scheduled wrong day after we picked a certain day). I got 20 units of Botox with Elena and she was sweet! She seemed knowledgeable and made the injections easy for me even though I'm afraid of needles. If this review were for her only, it'd be 5 stars.
Their customer service on the other hand is pretty bad. When I paid for my service I asked for a menu/price list of their other injectables and spa services. They refused, were vague, and signed me up for a rewards program which also has ZERO information on prices and what they offer. They said they'd send me more info on how it works but never did. Just an update, I finally got a hold of the owner/manager and I explained to her what happened and why I didn't feel comfortable and why I was canceling my future appointments. She just said okay and agreed to cancel my membership. She didn't apologize or actually acknowledge the experience I had.

I love Juan Carlos! Prior to going to him I had never been to a med spa before. The 1st visit he spent ample time to help guide what treatments would be best for me and answer all my questions. He made me feel comfortable since this was the first time doing any treatments to my skin. The rest of my visits he has continued to answer all my questions and has been so wonderful to get to know. He is very personable and professional! Thank you Juan Carlos for all your help. I received microneedling for acne scarring and am very happy with my results.

1st Issue: The employee Gaby texted me to feel free to come in an hour earlier than my appointment. I did not come in earlier and when I arrived she reminded she was trying to get ahold of me so I could come in earlier. This made me feel uncomfortable, as she was giving me a hard time for not being on her time.
2nd: When she brought in the product (Juvederm) which was not in a box so can't even confirm I was given the correct product, she also brought along a few syringes. I saw that she was filling the syringes with the product....I have never seen a medical professional do this with filler

I spoke to Kelsey "the manager" first, who assured me that they'd match the groupon and referred me to talk to Joslyn (who's no longer there) for my consultation. I explained to them that I would need Saturday appts, because I don't drive and I have a 3-year old, so I rely on my husband to drive me and watch our kid during my appointments
