I have been going to Elysium for years now and think Dr. Mick does a fantastic job all around. He communicates very well with expected outcomes and makes sure you are always comfortable with those expected outcomes or in regards to pain for procedures. He's always consistent and does a great job. It's important to to have someone that listens to the exact type of look you are trying to achieve, but will also bring up points that could be of concern when you are trying to get something done to achieve a specific look. Any doctor can just do what you say you "want done" ,

I had a great experience doing hair PRP at Elysium. Alison at the reception was very patient answering my questions when booking the procedure. Tyler and Julia did a great job distracting me from scalp injections, so they were virtually painless. The blood draw was painless and left no bruising. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr. Mick and Tylar were so professional and informative. It was my first time getting any botox treatment, but I felt comfortable getting treatment done by Tylar, guided by Dr. Mick. Horrible customer service. Do not value long term customers. Staff is consistently flipping and policies changing. What should be a relaxing and stress free experience has become such a chore. Welcome to the most unprofessional Surgispa in Chicago. You'll get better customer service at the DMV. Dr. Mick (if he shows up) has no idea what he is doing. I expressed concern with a lingering numbness after a treatment Dr. Mick performed and was told that it could be an adverse effect and that it'll "probably dissipate over time".

Dr. Mick is the Michelangelo of Fillers and Botox. There is no amount of good that I can say that does justice to how amazing Elysium SurgiSpa truly is. Dr. Mick is not only warm and approachable, but his 'bedside manner' is unparalleled. I was referred to Elysium for Botox and now go there for all of my skincare needs including hydra facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and skincare products. Not to mention, the staff is all fantastic and attentive and the space is beautiful.

I'm giving Elysium SurgiSpa one star and I really hate to give bad reviews. I've been paying a monthly 'membership' fee to have 'member' prices and the last two visits that I've had to this spa have resulted in excuses as to why I was not given member prices...thus, walking out with a much higher than expected bill to be paid. The last excuse was due to my account being inactive the past three months...but, excuse me...no one has been able to use their services due to the pandemic and business being shut down, which should not result in me paying non-member prices

A friend of mine referred me to Elysium and I am so happy that I listened! Dr. Mick and his entire staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Mick is honest, talented and he's super friendly (most doctors don't say much IMO). In previous visits to other med spas the injections would be painful and I was never really happy with the outcome. This has never been the case with Elysium every result has been exactly as described. I've been trying new treatments like EMsculpt and now laser hair removal. I highly recommend Elysium!

Sara is great at accommodating time that works around my schedule and makes me feel comfortable when working on my skin. The spa is always in pristine shape and staff is welcoming every time I walk in through the doors. I enjoy coming back for all of their client appreciation events or the roll out of some new products and it's great to see or try on those services they offer. I came to Elysium to try and correct the hollows under my eyes as well as address those angry wrinkles on my forehead. I saw Annie and she was wonderful from the get-go. First of all, she welcomed my sister and I with a warm smile and loving embrace. She asked about my trouble issues and what injectables I have had in the past. Annie gave insight on new products and together, her and I chose which would be best for me...Restylane VS Juvederm, Botox VS Dysport. She made each moment comfortable and relaxed, from the minute the needle touched my skin. My under eye fillers were instantly visible

I've been coming to Elysium for a few years now and always have a great experience. Recently I had my lips done by Nurse Injector Annie because I wanted to fix lost volume on one side of my mouth after having face surgery following an accident where they went in through that side of my mouth. Nurse Annie was the sweetest and really interactive, asking me my thoughts and where I felt needed correcting followed by her professional guidance and opinion which I really value because she really cared about what I wanted vs. telling me what she was going to do without my input. My lips look amazing

Dr. Mick and his staff are the best in Chicago! I've been to a few Dr.'s for a number of procedures and Dr. Mick is the only person who I trust with any injections to my face. It takes both skill and art to do what he does and he really is a true professional who knows what he is doing. He hired a Nurse as well who is training directly with him to understand his technique to bring to his patients with the same care and attention he has.
Elysium is also great for facials and laser treatments. I see Magda typically but everyone is great.

I recently moved back to Chicago from Los Angeles and was nervous about finding a new MedSpa. Elysium is close to my house so I decided to give it a try and have been really happy with service so far. I saw Dr. Mick for botox. After discussing what I wanted and my previous treatments, he decided to go a little lighter in my forehead since I was a new patient and he wanted to see the results. I appreciated this as no wants to much botox. After about a month, I wasn't happy with the results and came back in for Dr. Mick to take a look. He ended up adding in more so I could get the result

I had a wonderful experience at Elysium today. I got lip augmentation (juvederm ultra xc filler I believe), and Botox around crows feet and a little on my forehead. This was my first time getting any kind of filler/injection so I was pretty nervous! But Dr. Mick was great - answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. He was very gentle and made sure I was feeling fine.
I had non existent lips before today, but now I have lovely full lips that still have their original shape. Light bruising on the lips but that's expected. No bruising on my face at all from Botox though.
