BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE -- bought a groupon for juviderm and was pleased with the results, so i bought another but then decided to wait, the first syringe did decent job. in the meantime, kept coming to them for botox... fast forward two years later, ready to use groupon... they would not honor. kept repeating "we don't do groupons anymore... we don't do groupons anymore..." i guess it doesn't matter that you got my $350 right? i kept repeating "i understand I can't get the deal, can you just give me a credit for something... anything...?" My review is only regarding the PRP procedure. I was not prepared for the high & intense level of pain I experienced. The practitioner tried her best but I had to have my scalp anesthesized 3 times. Even after that, the needles still hurt a lot. The pain continued even afterwards for a number of days.
Had I had a clue of how painful the procedure would be, I would have never opted for this, especially considering g the price.

I go to Embassy for Botox and Chemical Peels and could not be happier with my results. I get tons of compliments on my skin. They are incredibly patient and make you feel comfortable during the treatments. Not to mention, very knowledgeable and professional. I am getting married this summer and would not trust anyone else with my face. They have a great team!

Absolutely terrible service. I called somewhere around 10-12 times to schedule an appointment and each time I was greeted with a new excuse as to why I couldn't make an appointment. Things like "oh, let me see, oh they are in a surgery right now, can you call back at 1:30" and when I would call back at that time someone would pick up and then hang up.
I got hung up on 7 or 8 times.
FINALLY, after calling 3 times in a row (was hung up on the first 2 times) the person told me they are no longer accepting appointments for Botox. Why they didn't tell me that the first 10-11 times

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would do that. I had my hair colored at this place and they turned my hair GREEN. The stylist, Rita, totally ruined my hair - permanently. My hair is now sticky and falling out at the roots. I am now going to have to shave all my hair off as there are no other solutions. Jennifer, the manager/owner, was extremely rude. She blamed me for my turning green hair and then threatened me saying she "would have her lawyers bury me" if I tried to dispute my credit card charge.

Love, Love, Love this place!!!! Every time I leave I feel so much better! The staff is awesome and so professional. The owners are amazing. Bought the Groupon for the 12-session FDA-approved laser therapy for hair loss. Lost a ton of hair when I became hypothyroid so this seemed like a deal ($100). It was tough getting there for 12 30-minutes sessions (maybe I only made it to 11 sessions), but my hair is definitely growing in front. Lot of new hair along the hairline only four weeks after my last session. Easy meter parking on LaSalle or Superior. The ladies here are absolutely lovely (mother and daughter?). My only recommendation would be to provide the educational brochure on the first visit. I finally asked on the third visit
