I sought out Cadella as a medspa based on reviews 5 years ago and they are incredibly accurate; this place is a dream and a breath of fresh air. The staff is exceptional. They discuss all options, procedure steps, and concerns and are not pushy. The receptionists are so helpful and sweet. I always leave happy and glowing! I'm going to start off by saying I am a complete baby when it comes to needles and pain! But Marianna made me feel so comfortable while she prepped me for my Botox in my forehead and crows feet. Jenna was my nurse and she was extremely gentle and understanding of my fear. Also, her work was impeccable! I was super self conscious with my forehead wrinkles and my crows feet so I had 42 units and I couldn't be happier with my results! I will be coming back from now on to touch up with Jenna. I've seen Gia twice now for botox and filler and she's the absolute best! Could not recommend her more! Exceptional customer service. I have been trusting Dr. Parker with my face for over a year and a half. She listens to my end goal and my fears, and explains everything very throughly. I am extremely happy with the results from Botox and the facials I have gotten. Pretty pricey though, but I will say definitely worth it.

WOW where to even begin!! I have been coming to Cadella for quite some time now and EVERY single time I walk into the beautiful lobby I am greeted by an extremely friendly staff. Always offered a beverage while waiting for my treatment to begin. And never have to wait more than 5 mins! The entire staff here is extremely qualified in every aspect of their field. There is certainly a reason why it is rated in the top 10 in the entire country!

I was warmly greeted by Ellen when I entered Cadella Medical Spa and that set the tone for my first time appointment with Sara. I had a laser treatment called Clear and Brilliant. I am so pleased as these mysterious bumps on my face have been greatly reduced! Sara is very conscientious and informed me of every step as she prepared my skin for the treatment & while using the laser. I really wanted to leave a nice review but I just simply can't. Came in with the hopes of getting what I paid for but left with anything but. I came in to get Botox around my eyes for my crows feet and on my forehead. I was given 10 units around each eye by my crows feet and 26 units around my forehead. While there I had inquired about filler under my eyes as I wanted the appearance of a fresh look. I LOVE Dr. Parker and her team. Always professional, kind, and accommodating. If you are looking to get any fillers, Dr. Parker will approach it conservatively and adjust as needed. I highly recommend Cadella Medical Spa & Wellness Center! Sara is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my skincare needs. I went here for under-eye (tear trough) fillers. Genetics and age have not been kind to me in the under-eye department. I thought I would just have to live with it, but I after some Googling I learned I could try fillers in this area. After reading reviews, I settled on Cadella. It is probably not the cheapest choice, but they did a good job. Dr. Parker used Belotero. It took 2 sessions, but I saw results instantly after the first session. I had a bit of swelling but no bruising, and the swelling was minimal. The staff were very nice and never pressured me to get any other procedures. The receptionist

Cadella is amazing! I was so nervous to book my first botox appointment and I am SO GLAD I chose Cadella- they always use a numbing cream, are so inviting & friendly, and cater to a natural looking botox. I saw Dr. Parker and she gave me so many options for a lower amount, suggested amount, and if I possibly wanted more amount. I went with her suggested amount and was SO happy with my results.
2 weeks later I had my free follow up appointment (today). I mentioned that I wish I had no movement between my brows at all (I had the slightest bit of movement lol) and so she put in a bit more botox
