Quick and reasonable-they replaced my bike tire in no time flat! No pun intended lol.

I was looking forward to cycling in Mesa for a week. I broke a rear spoke on my 2nd ride. I brought my wheel in and they fixed it right away! Fantastic service!

My son who is mentally challenged was trying to fix his bicycle. By the time my husband got to it. He had stretched some wires that the brakes were not working properly. We took the bike to Bike Masters. Excellent service, very affordable. I highly recommend them.

Louie is price gouging BUYER BEWARE!!! He is selling a SE Bike that MSRP is $749.99 for $1500. Do not get stuffed by these jokers.

Mike and Louie are the best. Dropped in for a bike repair and they did an awesome job. I live in Queen Creek and I made the drive to this location for the service and friendly atmosphere.

Needed a tire issue fixed so I brought my bike in. I thought I would have to come back but the guy there fixed it in 5 minutes and then refused to accept payment! I have had work done there before and they were great and reasonable for repair fee.

I stopped in here while grabbing a bite to eat next-door and the gentleman greeted me with a smile was very pleasant and took the time to go over a few bikes with me. Although I didn't buy a bike that day he gave me a simple Bike bell which really gave me a great first impression.
Since then I have upgraded and bought a brand new bike and now it's my go to bike store. I went and bought $100 LED light today and long behold that same gentleman gave me another free bell in which I'm gonna pass on to a friend in need.
I don't know bikes very well but I know their customer service

Just took my 10 speed in because front tire was not holding air. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Dustin and John(I think that was his name) were super friendly and knowledgeable. Always take our bikes there. Never disappointed.

I took my daugter's bike here awhile back. She rode it as soon as we got it home. The reason we took it in was to get a new chain and have all the gear and shifting mechanics working properly. We paid a pretty hefty price for the service thinking everything would be great. WRONG!
It won't shift worth _____! I will be taking it back. I hope my next review will be much better. DALE in Mesa. Beware!

WORST BIKE SHOP EVER!!!!!

I had taken my daughters bike in for a tune up mainly for the front and rear duerailers. The employee obviously didn't want to be there on a Sunday morning, Im grateful if the job I have so I have no sympathy. He said it would be ready monday or Tuesday, I said ok I can take it somewhere else. He said "that's what we've been instructed to tell everyone so they don't have high expectations, it should be ready this afternoon". I was like, "ok cool".

I got the call several hours later saying it's done. So we went there and

Went to store today at approx 1030 am to get my wheels and tires changed over to tubeless. The guy said he could do it and would have it ready for me today. Contacted shop at approx 230 and they said they hadn't got to it and denied telling me that it would be ready today. Got to store and mechanic was stocking shelves and another mechanic told me that someone bought a bike and that took priority.

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK. WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THAT STORE.

I restored a 1997 TREK Ladies Mountain Bike, but needed some final help with adjusting the derailers, etc. I figured I'd let the pro's handle that part of the work and these guys did a FANTASTIC job. The work was well done, and my project bike was given back to me in as clean a condition as it was when I brought it in. That means alot. OH, and their pricing is very respectable.

Will be taking two other restoration bikes to them soon.

On another note, I was also just browsing at new bikes while in their shop and noticed that their prices on complete bikes seemed to be lower

I went to 8 different bike shops before buying from these guys. I cut off my foot in a car accident and the bike is my exercise program. The staff was friendly and they guarantee their work! These folks did a really nice job fixing my tire. I was ignorant on the subject and they did not charge me a thing. They performed this work with a smile . A great company and people. Let's go see them more and be healthier.

As a business owner we are finding that the Yelp executives are writing the algorithm to hide more positive comments . They have been investigated for this activity. Word up.

Bought a bike for my wife from the Mesa store. Nice selection. Friendly, attentive, smart, capable staff. They carry excellent quality bikes in a variety of styles and sizes.

Just got back my bike from this shop. The guy that I spoke with twice today. Put me off twice saying it hadn't been ridden and checked out yet he would call me right back. Never got a call. Went in to pick it up and amazingly it was ready. They put brand new serf as grips on the bike and they are totally dirty because he never cleaned his hands before he rode the bike. I was so fed up with this shop I just took the bike home will clean it myself. I should have gone to Adventure Bike they are farther away but always professional. There are not many places to rent a bike from on a Sunday afternoon, and I was concerned I'd have to go back to Cactus bikes where I had a horrible experience previously. I was so fortunate to have found Bike Direct. Here are a few things Jason helped me out with while I was there:
- I selected the wrong location when making the reservation online. Jason figured out how to make it work so I wouldn't have to drive out of my way to their other location.
- Flexible with drop off, in fact encouraging me to keep the bike until the next day to take full advantage of the rental period.

Maybe my I have standards that are too high. All customers or potential customers should be respected. I don't expect people to beg for my business, but be polite.

Arrived at this place at 6:30pm on a Saturday all of the lights were on and the doors wide open. A guy loading a truck walked up and pointed out that they were closed. I said ok and was about to ask if they did tire repairs so that I would know if I should try again during hours, but before I could form a sentence hit nastily spit out can't you see the "open" sign isn't lit, next time look for that.
