Spartan Rides

Another wonderful experience here. Absolutely the fairest, independently-owned bike shop in Arizona, and I've tried 5 now. Fair prices, fair work costs, excellent results, kind customer service, and they will figure out a solution.
I will be their customer for as long as I live in greater Phoenix, nearly 15 years and counting!

We broke a shifting cable on our tandem bike along the Western Canal. Fortunately, we discovered we were within walking distance of Spartan Rides shop on Alma School Road.
Those guys had us back on the road in 45 minutes with a new cable and a new seat. They won our admiration and appreciation.

I have never been to a friendlier bike shop with more helpful staff. The gentleman who fixes bikes will jump right on a case and resolve any problems you might have. The prices are more than reasonable. They systematically undervalue their time. The range of accessories is broad, and not much out of the ordinary. It’s the people there that make a real difference. I am a lifetime fan After they fixed our tandem bike on the fly.

Great group of men and women who are very knowledgeable about all types of riding and can help you get into a great new bike or keep your current bike running.
I wish I would have found them before I bought my bike and will definitely get my next bike from Spartan.

Spartan Rides seems like a great place to get good quality bike parts and bikes. They sell a variety of equipment, all of which is on display and most of it you can get a good feel for before you buy, unlike some other places. I bought pedals and gloves, and they were worth their price. Staff were friendly and helpful. I can safely recommend this as a source of quality parts.

The men and women who work here are always very friendly and are genuinely interested in helping you. I've never been disappointed in their prices, service or customer interactions. If you're looking for a locally owned bike shop with true professionals, this is your place.

Best shop I have found in the valley in my 4 years here! I bought a bike here and some other necessities. The staff is always amazing. Thanks John, JR, and more! Spartan has knowledgeable staff, great techs, good prices and has everything you need to ride in the desert. The layout and selection is also aesthetically pleasing and everything is easy to find. (Most shops in the valley are messy and disorganized)

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They are always willing to help regardless of the circumstances. My most recent visit was to have my son’s (7 years old) bike raced ready for his first ever race. Their genuine enthusiasm for him is totally infectious and appreciated. Huge thanks to all there (Tiffany, Jimmy, John, Manny, Jeremy, and Troy) for their super high quality workmanship and great guidance. You have earned a lifetime customer here! Best bike shop in all of Arizona. They will take care of you. Tiffany and JR are amazing people who really care about the customer. They are building a community. A lot of bike shops are arrogant and don't really help customers.....not this one. This shop will talk with you and help you with every part. Even after I purchased a new fork they followed up after my first ride to see if they needed to change the settings. They host several free clinics and are engaged with the MTB community. Love this shop and won't go anywhere else. Thanks Spartan.
