Greg at Bike Barn provided all the intel I needed and had my first choice of bike in stock. The orientation he gave was just what I needed to fully enjoy the Fuel EX 8 to the max!

I was driving around trying to waste time and since I'm in the market for a bike I stumbled across this bike barn. I thought it would have tons of bikes inside so I stopped!

Upon entrance, no one greeted me other than other customers . They had plenty of workers inside so I felt that they should make it a point to greet any and everyone who walks through the door to give a welcoming feeling.

The bikes are all more on a professional bike rider scale and repairs. They didn't have alot of bikes but had a good amount.

Exceptional service. With an urgent need of a helmet at closing time. We were in urgent need of a helmet for a long trip to get home on a new scooter. They were just closing but we asked if we could please since we had an urgent need and they allowed us to get one. I would highly suggest visiting the bike Barn for exceptional service.

Just bought a Townie and love it! The staff was amazing and fit the bike to my needs and installed my bike lock! Would recommend them 100% fast and easy!

Called to get a child’s dirt bike tire fixed. Told to come right in for same day. Older lady barked at us when got there saying she couldn’t do it that day. Super caffeinated and unique. After we looked at the bike decided needed a new brake line also. Told they would keep the bike for 5 days and quoted me $62. This is a $50 used bike. Sad this is what it’s come to.

Mary is the BEST! She is super friendly and helpful. I’m a beginner cyclist and had my bike fitting done today. She helped me get the perfect fit and clearly explained her adjustments. Also taught me how to use the clipless pedals for the first time. :)
Overall, I’d 100% recommended getting a fitting done with Mary so you get the most comfortable and efficient ride. The bike was night and day after going in to Bike Barn!

The shop went out of their way to find the part I needed. Initially, the part I ordered was not actually in stock. However, the shop contacted their sales rep and was able to get the part I needed. They then shipped it out as soon as possible. I really appreciated the extra effort they went through to help me out.

Bike Barn has always treated me so well! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and tailor recommendations to my needs. I appreciate them building up my interests in cycling instead of brushing off clients who are learning along the way. I will keep coming back!

July 2021: Wow - only driven by here a zillion times. They have everything - mountain bikes, helmets, street bikes, adult three wheelers, bikes with detachable bike trailer for kids, bike bells - except unicycles!

Mary treated me like I shop there all the time - personable and went the extra mile to call her vendor to ask about his inventory. He had no unicycles in stock. So bummed!

I know I can buy one on Amazon but wanted to patronize a local family-owned business. I'll check back with them in a few months. Much appreciation to Mary exceeding expectations. It is a rarity and more likely

We bought all our bikes here. The service is great when you buy a bike, but here's why I'm not giving them 5 stars... We called before our trip back to Scottsdale to get our bikes tuned up... I never received my first tune up. My boyfriend was going to pay for his second tune up. They told us to bring our bikes whenever. We specifically asked if they could take care of our bikes during the week when we were there. We were told no appointment was needed. When we got there to drop our bikes off, the guy working told us they weren't taking any bikes in, and that they wouldn't be

They were welcoming, knowledgeable & helpful. They repaired my son's bike with some upgrades that I requested to be done. The turn around was fast but the work was completed the way I wanted it. They were courteous in calling when completed. Definitely recommend Bike Barn for all your bike needs. Thank you so much guys, my son was excited!!

I was in the middle of a ride from South Scottsdale heading to the Farmer's Market in Phoenix when my bike chain suddenly broke at the intersection of Indian School & 48th Street.

I checked to see the closest bike shop and saw that the Bike Barn was only about a mile and a half away. I called and they told me that they were shorthanded today and asked if I could leave the bike with them? I explained to them I was in a middle of a ride and they said if I brought it in they couldn't promise anything but, they hopefully could at least get me going, I just might not be able to shift

Friendly, professional service - as promised on time and reasonable. What more could you want?

My wife and I came In yesterday to get help with tubes .
There was a gentleman waiting patiently to be helped next . The older lady got us the tubes we need and at the check out I asked a couple
Of questions about a small bottle of lube at the front . She answered the question. I said we will take that also . She said well ok don't worry about it happy holidays and comped the 3 dollar bottle. As she helped the next gentleman, her whole demeanor changed with him .
He was very patient and just asked to get a couple bolts tighten on a kids bike he was donating

Dave at The Bike Barn was super helpful today! I'm glad I can get great service at my local bike shop. Good selection of accessories and even better advice and service. I'll be back.

Most bike shops in Phoenix are pretty friendly but his one goes the extra mile! I don't bother going anywhere else. Plus, their prices are unbeatable.

Another friendly and great service experience at bike barn. I needed my back tire fixed (flat) and I had my bike back within the hour. Love this place!

Bike Barn made it an easy and fun experience for me. Today I picked up my Trek Fuel EX5 and I couldn't be happier. This shop was clean, well kept with friendly service. The manager David Skeeter was patient enough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He made sure my bike was ready to go when I picked it up from the shop. He even helped me load it in my vehicle. Not to mention it was 110 degrees outside. Thank you so much to David and your staff. You guys rock!

I don't even feel like I should be reviewing this place because my time in the store was limited but here is what I can share. I stopped in looking for a gravel bike as Google listed them as having that genre. I totally get the supply chain economics of bicycles at the moment so I was not surprised with the lack of inventory on the floor as these items are in high demand. What I did find to be a bit off-putting was that it took me approaching a sales person to engage in a conversation after multiple employees has walked by me without asking if I needed any assistance. I wanted a new road bike and they were amazing! The price of the bit was what it was but the knowledge, patience, and accommodation of this place was just amazing.

Keep in mind this is during a time when their business is BOOMING. However, they still took their time with me.

This needs to be your Local Bike Shop.

Their price on bikes are the same as online retailers but if you go there they'll take their time making sure the bike fits properly and will take their time teaching you to do the normal maintenance of the bike. Good luck getting that from an online

I've heard only good things for years about this local bike shop, but it wasn't until recently that I became a customer.

Note: they are still open during COVID-19 as of this writing.

Silver lining of being at home with all activities canceled is that I was able to teach both of my kids to ride a bike with no training wheels. They are 7 and 8 (although my daughter was 6 at the time with a birthday coming up). They both learned on a hand-me-down bike from a friend (thanks Kelly L).
