We had Matt inspect our new house. Matt is professional, punctual and polite. Unfortunately, quality of the inspection was nowhere close to what it should’ve been resulting in is spending approximately $5000 in repairs/replacement that we had not budgeted for and were missed during the inspection. Several window handles were broken, windows would not open, when we eventually got them to open, we noticed underlying rot. Our sunroom had several leaks and we later found out that one of the window panels was actually missing all together. Our washer was damaged and did not drain, needs replacement
