By far the worst place To ever stay in. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The roaches are HORRIBLE. I lived here for 3 months and broke my lease a couple days ago and I’m still throwing away furniture and decor because there literally crawling with roaches! I left behind a 450 dollar sofa because it had so many roaches in it. This place is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE “GREAT” REVIEWS. They often perform contests offering gift cards to submit positive Facebook reviews or for them to use as testimonials.
It’s a cheap place to live but not the best place to live. I don’t understand why rent keeps going up every year. To begin, parking is awful for guest and visitors. They’ve gotten very strict and I don’t know where they expect people to park when we don’t have enough guest parking. The floors are paper thin I can hear my upstairs neighbors snoring, and haven’t been able to sleep in because the floor’s creek and hear them

As long as you put out roach traps like you have to do anywhere you move in FL at first , it’s fine. I live in a 3 bedroom house now and I still get the occasional palmetto bug in the house. The front office did there best to take care of any problems that I had and they are still making strides towards improving the community. The rent was

Lots of bugs, including termites, bed bugs, etc. Service is horrible. There is never a set date on when maintenance is supposed to come fix something, they just come unexpectedly. if you don't answer the door they will come right in on their own. Also, nothing is fixed properly. It's all half done. The place is falling apart all on its own! If they aren't trained to do something right, then why do it all all! AC unit was trashed when my fiancé and I moved it, they didn't wanna give us a new one. I had to practically yell at one of the maintenance guys to bring me a new AC unit! To add on to that
