DO NOT GO HERE!!! they have false advertisements!!!! their ad had a price for filler & AFTER i got the procedure done, they told me that it wasn’t applicable?! even though the procedure, date & location all matched the ad??? had been going there for over a year for all my fillers got under eye, chin, lip, etc. & always had good things to say until now. absolutely horrendous the service at the upkeep upper east side location HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Took my mom of 60 years to get some cheek filler and botox and the experience was great. immediately after i saw a subtle difference and days later i saw a bigger difference. Michelle was amazing! she made my Spanish speaking mom feel comfortable and commented later that she appreciated Michelle telling the truth of the botox limitation and how much and how little this non intrusive process would make her look. my mom is excited to go back and trust Michelle to tell her the truth about future treatments.

Love at first sight my lips are amazing! Do NOT book here! I booked a 5PM appointment. Scheduled my work schedule & everything around that. Received multiple emails & texts confirming my 5PM appointment. I then received at 5:06pm the day prior to my appointment a text saying my appointment was moved to 4:45pm. I had to cancel bc I won't make it in time due to when I leave work & where my job is - the 15 minutes makes a difference, which is why I scheduled for 5pm! They charged me a $200 cancellation for an appointment I NEVER MADE! They are fighting to refund my money. Here's the photos, y'all go somewhere

To be very honest i was beyond nervous , but my gummy smile has made me insecure for way too long and when i tell you the immediate results i saw left me with no words . Alexis was beyond amazing she explained everything throughly and showed me which path was best for what i wanted . I did go with half a syringe because again being my first time i didn't want to over so it but i think I'll go back to do the other half of a syringe regardless i can smile openly now without hiding my smile behind my hands .

Best Botox injector ever! I have had Botox at many fancy places before. This was, by far, the best result. I started seeing some changes about 4 days later. If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked for Dysport in my jaw- after speaking to my injector she told me she would be giving me 40 units- 20 in each side of my face which she reiterated several times.
I go to the front desk to check out and my bill was 3x what I was told. The receptionist said there was 120 units in the system. I said that's not correct I confirmed 40 units several times with my injector. The injector then comes out to discuss and she says oh no it was 120 units.

I had the BEST experience with Nazeli Hakobyan in the UES office. I had botox on my forehead and frown lines. She came in and talked everything through with me and really listened to what i wanted.
(if you look at my other reviews you will see that i have walked out of places in the past that seemed really shady- this is 100% an honest review)

While my experience with my service technician was good, I am appalled by the managements business practices. They are completely unresponsive to my 3 attempts to reach them via email due to overcharges on my credit card following my service.

*Aug 2020, I did the "quick lip" filler, which was a special price of $250. The nurse who did it was a sweetheart name Naz. She assured me the do's/donts s & did a follow-up check as well.
*Sept 2020 to April 2021: I've been doing the micro-needling packages that are offered. The prices are honestly too GOOD to be true. $80 for a session as a flash deal?! YES. This gives me regret on not purchasing a year's worth in one go! Taryn and Flora at the WV & UES locations

Hey guys, just have to say these guys are amazing. Not only was I able to make an appointment through their Instagram, they were polite and helpful. They have two offices upper east side and west village. I can't wait to go and get these lips to go from Cameron Diaz to Jay-Z.

I have always had down turned eyes but after having my first child & many sleepless nights, my eyes had become so hooded that I looked and felt sleepy even with a full night sleep. Cynthia was so kind & listened to all of my concerns. She was very light handed & you can tell she's an absolute perfectionist while she works. I went in expecting to not look tired anymore, never expected her to turn back time for me. I couldn't be happier with results. Cant wait to go back to Upkeep Medspa!!

Avoid this place entirely if you are seeking Dysport treatment. I've been receiving Dysport for over 6 years so I am very aware of the overall process and what my typical dosage is. Upkeep doubled my normal dosage (I normally receive 45 units, I was given 95!!) and wouldn't give me a clear answer as to why. My nurse (dressed in a crop top and leggings, wildly unprofessional attire for a nurse...) just kept comparing Dysport to Botox and kept mumbling something about Dysport needing more units. Big red flag! I didn't come here for Botox. I use Dysport... I really can't believe
