Wild Rye Cafj Bakery is Seattle's newest place for breakfast, lunch and wonderful baked goods. Offering an impressive array of fresh pastries, breads and other house-made treats, as well as daily made-to-order sandwiches, hearty soups and tossed-to-order salads. Wild Rye was created in the style of the classic delis and bakeries of the '30s and '40s, where everything was made in-house.

Wild Rye roasts its own meats, uses Shephard's Grain flour, stirs up soups from scratch and offers a selection of house-made breads each day. In these days of fast and processed food, Wild Rye offers a truly wholesome - and delicious - change of pace. Wild Rye is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays).

Permanently closed, but Google maps continues to show it as open. The 1 star review is just for visibility. The bakery looked awesome and I was really disappointed that I didn't get to try it out.

I went there for lunch for the first time today. I tried the Reuben and chowder combo and it was simply delicious. My taste buds practically exploded. I would definitely recommend someone to at least try it! The staff was friendly enough, and sweet, and the location was perfect for me. Right by the convention center.

Food is pretty good. The clam chowder is surprising chunky and creamy. Their breads are great, it's a little expensive but good quality. Only downside is the speed of service. It sometimes feels a little slow. But always friendly.

Found this place while visiting Seattle. I came 20 minutes before they opened but the nice man let me in and order something. Returned the next day (on time) and had a great experience. Everyone is nice and food is very reasonably priced. Oatmeal bat is awesome!!

Wild Rye is fantastic. I order breakfast from them for team meetings and their breakfast burritos and cinnamon rolls are always a huge hit.

The wild rye is a great, quiet lunch spot in a busy location. There was no line when I got here, and i was the only one who dined in while here. The chef recommend the wild club sandwich, which was good overall, but a bit dry for my taste. Other than that one note, I enjoyed my lunch. Thanks guys!

I have yet to be disappointed. The food is always fresh made, healthy and delicious. They are very reasonably priced, which make for a great regular lunch spot.
