Services
The downturn in the U.S. economy has touched the lives of most of our clients and the prospective clients we consult with every day. Even as we look forward to a turnaround, the implications will continue to affect our families in ways that we could not have contemplated in the years leading up to today.
When going through a divorce, entering into a marital settlement agreement can be both cost effective and less stressful for both parties involved. At the Men's Divorce Law Firm we use methods of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation to help both parties come to an amicable agreement. A martial settlement agreement has specific sections dedicated to certain aspects of the case.
The Men's Divorce Law Firm assists clients who are coming together to form a domestic partnership, as well as clients who may be dissolving a long-term domestic partnership in which property rights and financial issues are involved. A domestic partnership agreement is a document that protects the rights of life partners who are in a long term relationship but choose not to marry or cannot marry.
Many times after a couple is married, and they begin to combine their assets and liabilities, they worry about what would happen to their property if they end up getting a divorce or separating. Completing a post-nuptial agreement is a good way to avoid the stress of worrying about these things in the unfortunate event that a split might be in the future.
Many times when a man or woman remarries after a complicated and drawn out divorce, they will be interested in entering into a pre-nuptial agreement. After dealing with the stress of a previous divorce, it may be a good idea to enter into a new marriage free of the worry of what might happen down the road.

I paid $5,600 in July 2019 for my divorce which might I add was a cut and dry non contested divorce. They explained in an email what web site to login, and pay my child support. Jeanie, my attorney, specifically told me that my first child support payment would be due September 1. I have never missed a payment, and have paid consistently since then.
Fast forward to October 2021 I went to sell my home, and was told by the title company I owed $2,400 for missing 2 payments in July and August 2019. Let me also add I have sold a house in 2020 after my divorce as well NO issue.

This firm was excellent…I initially hired another Orlando firm and in 8 months did almost nothing but send bills. After $6,000 fired them and engaged the Divorce Mens Law Firm, Jean Moses. Within a week they filled for my divorce, within four weeks we were in mediation which to my surprise worked. My X had been nothing but uncooperative. Five weeks with a completed Separation Agreement and Ms Moses was excellent during the process.

The Men's Divorce Law Firm was extremely helpful in my situation. I needed modifications to my agreement in a relatively short timeframe. The firm was very clear about what they need from me to accomplish my change, they were friendly and supportive. They also helped me with parts of the change I didn't think of as well as getting everything prepared and ready within my timeframe. I will absolutely use them again for anything related to my divorce in the future.

I had an initial one hour consultation with the firm and they were super helpful. Ultimately we decided to go the mediation route, but the initial counsel helped me better understand my rights and obligations beforehand. I would highly recommend the Men's Divorce Law Firm to anyone needing assistance with a potential divorce.

For a simple divorce with no children or real property, this was expensive and a long drawn-out process (with no special thanks to COVID-19/Pandemic Relief). I can't rate value as a "good" bullet•point. Aside from costs, this firm is professional and as thorough as can be with your combined effort to help them, help you. Patience most certainly is virtue.
Jean Moses and her teammates (Amanda, Mary, and Veronica) deserve the 5-Star rating. Overall, Thank you!

These people, especially Jean Moses go way above the call of duty to be courteous, professional and at the same time personable. Their response is immediate and effectiveness unparalleled. I had originally hired a different firm and could see the difference. Where the first lawyer just let the paralegal send correspondence which was not particularly compelling Jean corresponds with opposing council and gets results. They wrapped a difficult case with a very stubborn and greedy wife to my advantage in just a few months where the previous attorney had the case for 6 months and failed to get an injunction

I spent several months going through my divorce which at times appeared daunting and confusing. However, through the support and guidance of Attorney Moses and of the people within the firm, the process was considerably less stressful with a satisfactory outcome. I would certainly recommend this firm for their professional handling of my case. Many thanks!

Expensive!
When I needed some quick advice due to the fact my Ex was just arrested...they were not there for me. I was told that I needed to set up a conference call with an atty available to answer my question, and nothing was available that day(it was 1pm). I also had to set up another payment via my credit card just to get my question answered. I literally needed a Yes or No answer, and I voiced that to their associate .After wasting money I realized they are not for me. I wanted someone there for me when I needed them the most.
The attorneys seem great if you have the money to spend. I was

Believe what you read!! I had a bad experience with this firm. When I hired another attorney they billed my account an additional $798 one of the charges was for 1,691 copies $422.
I would call them about getting my refund check they would have tons of excuses. I was firm about coming to get the check or I would file a grievance with the FL Bar I would receive a message telling me that "your are not welcome to enter our property."

I had an overall bad experience with this firm. They claimed to fight for my best interests but got completely intimidated and cowardly when confronted by my ex's lawyer, Debra Johnson. They missed ALOT of important details in my case and I ended up losing 70% of my 401k plus alot more. They didn't fight for my parenting time at all and I ended up with traditional time (every other weekend). They were long winded on phone calls and I had to constantly repeat details of my case to them. I only met Jeff once. That was so he could sell me on hiring them. At that, he did a good job. But

Hired this law firm for a custody/divorce case and was absolutely disappointed. Invoices show that we were over charged for services we never received such as letters supposedly drafted and unnecessary "revisions" of several documents. Also charged for "courtesy filing" of the opposing party documents and conferences with opposing party. Would not recommend to anyone. Filing complaint with the AACAP/FL Bar. Absolutely drained my savings and maxed out credit cards for nothing.
