Services
All reservations must be submitted via this website. To book your Sweet Home we require a 50% deposit; we will automatically charge the second 50% on your credit card approximately 45 days prior to your check-in date. If your reservation check-in date is less than a 45 days away we require payment in full.
Smaller is better. We don't manage hundreds of homes like our competitors so your home gets the attention that it deserves. We are the only company on the Central Oregon Coast that does onsite check-ins upon guests' arrival. We use a dynamic rate structure to optimize rental income for your home. Unlike many companies that have multiple rates for "on & off" seasons, our rates fluctuate on a day-to-day and month-to-month basis, much like a hotel.

Poor responsiveness and passing the buck - Beach Time house has electrical outlet issues which meant internet was down. No apologies - the people who took call said it is not their responsibility, and asked if I talked to property manager. I was given one number to call and don’t have property manager’s contact info nor should I have to contact different people. Won’t be renting any property managed by them again. Poor experience.

Not punctual, unprofessional, and if you leave any valuables dont expect to ever get them back. My family rented a beach home for a week through this company and they gave us a check in at 5pm and after 6 hours of driving we show up at 5 and the cleaners were still at the house and we couldn't enter until about 5:15. There were uncovered outlets in the house which they advertised as family friendly. Also the dish washer was full of dishes the coffee machine was broken. The worst part was 2 days after we left I remembered I left my diamond earrings. I called and I was told my earrings were found

Myself and three very dear girlfriends rented the home, Pacific Vista, for dates October 11-October 13, 2021. Today we learned that a spouse of one of the ladies has been hospitalized with septicemia and other dire health issues. He is hospitalized and the situation is quite sketchy. I phoned Sweet Homes immediately to cancel our reservation and explained the extenuating circumstances. We had no intention of cancelling. Quite the contrary, we were all in need of a getaway due to hectic schedules. I was informed that as it is less than 30 days till the reservation there would be no refund except

Heron Song is all about the amazing location. I originally booked a different place with Sweet Homes, but changed places when I found this to be available right on the beach! Terry was super helpful switching the location for me over the phone. The main positive for me is that they allow 3 dogs at this house. It is really hard to find places that will allow more than 2 dogs. It is a funky older house with a few nice updates. Views and deck were amazing. Comfortable beds and overall comfortable home. There were a few negatives though. While the house didn't have any bad smells, it definitely did

We rented Hello Sunshine the last week in April to mark the one year anniversary of my mom's death to advanced cancer - she deeply loved the ocean and the beach. We chose the property for two reasons: its proximity to the beach and because of its cozy furnishings.

Went for a girls weekend last weekend and stayed in the house called Hip Nautic at Nye Beach. Its a very cute house and great location. However would never stay there again. The house was so dirty. There was probably 3 or more months worth of dust on things. Found broken glass under the hide a bed. Found ice cream top in the chair, broken remote in the bed, black hair in our shower and black hair in a clean bowl in the cupboard and the base boards were gross and last there was a smell of urine by the fireplace This place accepts pets so I am assuming its from that. It was just so disappointing

We booked with this company on Airbnb. Starting from the beginning of the trip we struggled to get good communication with the company. We had to call the property manager 6 times before she answered our calls. She provided different information than the person in the main office gave us. Their check in documents provided conflicting information and unclear directions. After we finally got checked in we started to notice the home was not clean. The floors were disgusting and were not cleaned before we arrived. There was dog hair, sand, human hair, etc all over the rental. The dishes and cooking

Upon arriving we didn’t expect the house to look as good as the pictures but it exceeded our expectations especially the view of the ocean. There was minor problems that management were able to fix right away so that was a major plus. The game room was a great addition for our family and we had tons of fun, plus eating seafood while getting a view of the ocean was amazing. Over all we would definitely recommend staying with Sweet homes, they made it the best vacation our family as had!

Lexi’s Lookout is the best rental I have ever stayed at on the Coast. My family and I have rented a lot of houses from Lincoln City to Newport; this one is by far the standout. The layout of the house is great for groups; allowing separate spaces for sleeping but great gathering rooms for hanging out. What really impressed me is the obvious pride of ownership here. The finishings are top of the line and the furnishings are beautiful but cozy and welcoming at the same time. We give "NO Stars" - BEWARE Sweet Homes Vacation Rentals does not live up to their words "Highest Cleaning Standards". We stayed at the Arbor House South with some friends October 2018 and found the white carpets and rugs covered with dog urine and stains that layered and grew larger over time. They were numerous in every room. It was clear Sweet Home Rentals did not clean the carpets properly after each guest according to Pet Policy there was to be "no evidence" left behind. There was odor eliminators placed around to mask the smell. Manager said they were planning to clean carpets "after we left
