Each unit was thoughtfully remodeled in 2020 and offers a fully stocked kitchen. Nestled between Searose Beach and Siuslaw National Forest, the views are unparalleled, and the beach access is easy--just steps out your back door.

Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the secluded sand, watch for gray whales as they migrate along the most dramatic stretch of the Oregon coast, and, of course.comb the beach! Every unit is pet friendly, and your pups will love it too! We hope the Beachcomber Cottages will truly become your home away from home.

A small tidy place. Great stay, so close to the beach
The view from the deck was unbeatable, and the place was dog friendly!

The view and proximity to the beach are definitely a 5 out of 5. Unfortunately everything else my wife and I experienced were 2 out of 5 at best. The water heater was broken, and didn't get fixed for 2 days. The access stairs to the beach were broken. Making it a 5ft jump down to the beach. Luckily we were able to use the stairs on the property next to Beachcomber. The house seemed like it wasn't cleaned from the last guest. The beds were made, but the floors didn't seem to have been swept. The dishwasher hadn't been run, I know this because the detergent packet was still in the slot, unused. The

Good:
- Spectacular view from deck (partially obstructed when inside unit 1)
- Functional
- Great parking
Bad:
- In need of a thorough deep cleaning (due to lack of dusting; wiped down all surfaces myself)
- Nightly visits from winged termites emanating from bathroom
- Bedspread and shams stained (immediately removed from bed and used own blankets)
- Sheets appeared to have been freshly changed, but weren’t fully clean
- Teeny tiny bathroom; big and tall friends would struggle in shower
- Oddly low ceilings
Overall:
This won’t be a repeat visit. Has potential, and clearly has had

What a wonderful surprise! This place has new owners and they are really making this place a gem. The cottage we stayed in is all remodeled and really nice and comfortable. It has a full kitchen with actual full size appliances! The views are amazing and it has private beach access! You get a private bedroom downstairs and three beds upstairs in the unit we stayed in. It's pet friendly too! We had 6 people and 2 dogs and had plenty of room & a lot of fun. Even has a firepit :) It looks like they are still working on some of the units so don't let that sway you when first pull in. We are already

Small, "rustic" cabins. We stayed in unit 1, which is a duplex shared with the property manager. My only complaint was that they were doing some house work late one evening (11pm) which was keeping me awake. They seemed nonplussed when I asked them to be quiet. I suppose it's no worse than having a noisy neighbor anywhere else. Cabin has no screens on the windows except for the window in the kitchen. Limited outlets mean you won't find a spot to plug in your laptop or other devices, and the only lighting in the living space consisted of some overhead lights which gave the room a harsh feel.

Cozy place.. Wished for door with access that faced the Beach. Only one door to enter the cottage, is a back door. Great view! Slept 6 of us jus fine. The Ocean is foot steps away. Great for exploring! Great part of the Coastline.

Nothing special here. Cottage was cozy, no screens on the windows. Easy beach access. The office was not open during our stay. Bathroom was very small.

This place has so much potential but sadly is very neglected. The manager sent the wrong lockbox code and then wasn't even available DURING office hours. We waited over a half hour when their daughter came prancing out with her dolly and said her dad was asleep. How unprofessional!!
Upon entering there were several issues. The windows in front had no screens, can you say BUG CENTRAL??!! One of the windows was cracked and had a whole in it. The bathroom sink was full of brownish black gunk which apparently was from some sort of plumbing issue. The Manager did take care of it. The cleanliness left
