Whistlers Cove Apartments is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below. HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.

Let's see where do I start out. First off people please make sure you are reading your lease all pages and know your rights as a tenant.Please make sure if you have any maintenance problem you give them written notice dated and signed it's in the contract. Making a verbal request with them will do you no good, it's blown off as hear say. Make a copy for yourself as proof you have made the request. The manager of the place is NOT there to help anyone nor does she try to make an attempt to help you in any way. She has a very negative attitude when you have concerns and has told lies to try to get

I’ve lived here for 3 years and have some serious complaints. My neighbors are all terrible. Across from us, behind us, and behind us upstairs. The people across us love to blast their loud music through a speaker that holds their door open so loudly that my whole house is vibrating. They also have a guy who has a bad temper and was banging on his door extremely loudly trying to get in at 2am and eventually broke the window to his apartment. We found him a couple days later with a shattered phone sitting at the bottom of the stairs. Not safe. The neighbors behind us blast their music every morning

If you decide to move in here, then be prepared to spend more time at the sinks (at least twice the time). Both the sinks in the bathrooms and in the kitchen (but not in the bathtub). On Dec 24, the day before Christmas. They came to my apartment to replace the faucet heads in which to make them run water very slowly and I mean painfully slow, especially when you have to wash the dishes and pots. That's when you will sure feel it.
