We moved into Scottsdale Haciendas almost 6 months ago. We have been withholding our review after the fiasco we experienced at our last place of residence. But we think it is about time that we share our experiences.
Cosmina is an exceptional, well organized and dedicated property manager. She not only makes sure that things get done, but she also follows up with the tenants to verify their satisfaction. So im a resident of Scottsdale haciendas for about 3 years now and im takung this time now to show my appreciation towards our property manager cosmina Maris.Shes been amazing in every angle possible..most importantly she educated me on how to pay rent now with some due changes..the attention i have received and the property itself is awesome.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Place is a dump! There is never any parking, the units are completely outdated, and if you love hearing everything your neighbors are doing then you'll love this place.
the manager Rosa is absolutely clueless she has no idea of anything going on there, she recently let 2 inspectors into my apartment while my daughter was home alone, no knock, no doorbell, just walked in on my daughter in her pajamas.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, that i cared about

My roof leaked literally every time it rained from the time I moved in until my last day. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor every time it was used. The rain ruined my furniture and bed. The neighbors surrounding us treated us to loud music and drunken violence nightly from midnight until dawn. Management helpfully suggested they’d put something in the community newsletter about noise rather than actually speak to the people causing the problems. When I moved out I received a bill for the water damage caused by their refusal to repair anything. As others mentioned, parking is non existent

WORST place to live. ZERO parking. expect to circle the property and walk 5 minutes back to the house. Walls are thin you can hear EVERYTHING. Oh and seems nice having a washer and dryer in the garage? NO. Imagine having to do laundry in 120 degree weather. Also AC goes out constantly. have fun with that.

UNFORTUNATELY A CURRENT RESIDENT!!!! Very rude and EXTREMELY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE!!!! when you ask for something she will give an excuse, when you ask why or ask repeatedly she will ensure that it takes longer sometimes months!!!! to get done. You ask for a repair or to replace the dog feces bags and every single time they "have to order" something or "they are busy." The owners of the Condos pay a monthly HOA fees and we pay monthly pet rent, this is supposed to cover the maintenance of the property but apparently it does not. CAM INDUSTRIES has a horrible controlling passive aggressive person there
